HERU 50 and 75 Heat recovery unit HERU is designed to suit places like houses, offices and other buildings where there is a big demand for high temperature efficiency, low energy consumption, quiet operation and high reliability. HERU can be mounted in a warm or cold area, as it is insulated with 50 mm mineral wool covered on both sides with pre-galvanized sheet metal. The unit is equilateral why it can be connected from any side. > Efficiency 77 79 %. > Rotating heatexchanger made in aluminium, centrally placed in the unit. > Radialfans with B-wheels and external rotor motor, easy to remove and clean. > Bagfilters class F5 or F7. (F7 for standard). > Pressure switches indicating dirty filters. > Control unit. 2 HERU 180 Heru 180 has the same design as HERU 50 and 75, but a higher capacity and more features. > Efficiency 82 84 %. > Programmable timer for full/half speed. > Adjustable thermostat for starting/stopping the rotor. > Adjustable thermostat that stops the unit at too low inlet air temperature. > Pressure switches indicating dirty filters. > 7-step transformer for individual adjustment of the fanspeed. > Bagfilters class F5 or F7. Accessories: > Electrical duct heater with pulser. > Hot water battery with 3-way valve and control equipment. > Cold water battery with 3-way valve and control equipment.
HERU 180 S HERU 180 S is the best equipped heat recovery unit we produce. With HERU 180 S you are controlling the inlet as well as the outlet temperature to get the most accurate temperature. HERU 180 S is prepared for connection to hot/cold water battery* *Data, see page 7. Features for 50, 75 & 180 Control equipment for HERU 180 S The control equipment consists of regulator, microprocessor controlled, with following functions: > Full/half speed. > Constant inlet air temperature or room regulating of the temperature. 1=rotor off/on. 2=rotor off/on and duct heating in sequence. 3=rotor off/on duct heater and cool water battery in sequence. > After-heat from el. or hot water battery. > Cooling from cool water battery. > Filter pressure governor. > 7-step transformer for individual adjustment of the fan speeds. > Set point adjustment. > Reading temperatures and temperature efficiency. > Input for extended operating time. > Input for smoke detector,which stops the unit and shuts the damper. > Filter governor alarm and frost protection limiter. > Connection for buzzeralarm. HERU s exceptionally high efficiency can be traced to the exchanger. Normally this type of exchanger can only be found in much more expensive units. A combination of area and material gives this exchanger its superior qualities. The air flow in Heru is regulated by two dependable and quiet running radial fans. The fans are connected with quick switches and are easily removed for cleaning. 3 Because the walls are insulated with 50mm mineral wool the Heru can be placed in a warm or cold area, according to need.
