Raffaello Decor Stucco reproposes this great classic that is appreciated today even in modern design, using new colours and application techniques. Raffaello can therefore satisfy all kinds of decorative requirements, from the matt finish for modern design or sophisticated settings, to the gloss or semi-gloss finish for a more classical style environment. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Raffaello Decor Stucco is a protagonist in the great decorative tradition that re-proposes in a classic version the famous stucco effect of the Venetian masters. Formulated using natural lime, the product gives a superb smooth finish that can be made into a shiny marble effect by working the product with an inox steel trowel. Extremely vapour permeable, anti-mould, Raffaello Decor Stucco is available in a wide range of historical colours that are present in the majority of the palaces and buildings of Florentine or Venetian style. CHARACTERISTICS Raffaello is a natural stucco based on lime putty, oxides and earth, inspired by the tradition of the venetian stucco. The product is extremely versatile and supplies a smooth, matt finish or gloss if finished using the trowel. Its natural composition guarantees the maximum permeability to water vapour thus favouring the natural diffusion of humidity through the plaster and the wall, preventing the formation of mould and algae and giving the surface a classic finish with a high aesthetical value. technical data sheet TDL/rf/01 Raffaello Decor Stucco Technical Characteristics RAFFAELLO DECOR STUCCO by OIKOS is a vapour permeable coating based on lime putty, that is ideal when reproposing the antique decoration known as "the marble effect". The use of RAFFAELLO DECOR STUCCO guarantees maximum vapour permeability and favours the natural diffusion of humidity through the plaster and the wall thus avoiding, over time, the formation of mould and algae. It is odourless, non toxic, non inflammable and friendly to humans and the environment. Ideal uses Decoration of interiors. Surface preparation Clean all surfaces and apply one coat of the fixative IL PRIMER by OIKOS in order to insure perfect adhesion to the surface. Application technique For the best resullts, apply the product in three coats using the special inox steel trowel by OIKOS. - First coat: proceed to screed the surface with RAFFAELLO DECOR STUCCO. Wait 6 8 hours until dry. - Second coat: proceed to lightly screed the wall in order to obtain a completely smooth but not glossy, surface. Wait 6 8 hours until dry. - Finish: apply a fine coat of product, overlapping slightly the trowel marks whilst at the same time proceeding to smooth over the surface with the blade of the trowel. According to the intensity with which the surface is smoothed over and the tool used to create the finish, it is possible to obtain a matt, semigloss or gloss effect. The finishes To obtain greater impermeability and washability, apply after 4 5 days CERA PER RAFFAELLO by OIKOS.
