Portable Gas Detectors.. DIPL offers complete range of Single/ Multi gas detectors to protect Plant and personnel against Flammable, Toxic and Oxygen hazards. The operating principles includes infra red, catalytic combustion, electrochemical, thermal conductivity etc. The detectors are certified to use in hazardous area and certified as per latest ATEX/ International directives. The detectors has all necessary Indian approvals like CMRI, PESO (CCOE) and DGMS as required.

Control Systems PLC & DCS (SIL & Non SIL).. DIPL offers complete range of SIL/Non SIL systems from M/s. RTP Corporation, USA. This system employs a unique state of art multi-processor architecture that has been approved by TUV for safety critical from SIL-1 to SIL-3. A measure of this performance is its ability to scan inputs, solve more than 300 PID loops and drive outputs in less than 12 msec. This level of performance is an order of magnitude better that any competitive systems available in the globe. The speed of RTP 2500 would allow for additional verification of a fault before shutting down a critical application, there by guaranteeing a 90% reduction in spurious trips.
