General Description The system Is comparable and not to compare with a standard radiator of heating systems. By simply adjusting the wing like a louver on the top of the termoplus radiator, the new type of heating terminal quickly assures a comfortable temperature in the entire room. This heating system is based on principle of natural convection and connections to the electrical power supply are not necessary. termoplus convectors are available in: * 8 sizes * 20 models * 4 version each model The Advantages Function termoplus is a new developed high-tech product and the result of a long term experience in production of thermal exchangers. The function is a very efficient principle of natural convection. Increasing the temperature the air goes up causing a new flow of cold air from below in recycling. This process is called the chimney effect. Air Quality The convective air motion of termoplus guaranties a uniform and comfortable room temperature in a very short period of time, assuring an immediate sense of wellbeing. The air coming out of termoplus always has a temperature under 55 C. Result is a natural and pleasant heating while keeping a correct degree of humidity and temperature in the room. heating only where and when it is needed by a lower energy consumption. Safety Even at maximum performance, touching the termoplus never will injurious to health. The cabinet not exceeds 43 C. The heat distribution in the rooms is much more homogeneous and also the heating comfort is much more higher compared to traditional radiators Heating with low energy consumption The termoplus radiators are developed to guarantee a fast and comfortable heating at low energy consumption for domestic applications in both in new or in existing buildings. The new termoplus versions TH 130, TH 230, TH 330 and TH 430 are specially constructed to guarantee high heating capacities also in heating circuits with a relatively low water temperature. A new finned heating coil has been developed for an average water temperature between 45 C and 50 C. termoplus make it possible to change the older boiler for a new modern and efficient one, without to change the existing hydraulic system. Changes in the wall construction are not necessary, only to change the old radiators against termoplus. termoplus is available with a unique patented automatic wing (system thermofone), which include an integrated thermostat which can be controlled and adjusted by the user. The thermostat in combination with an electrical motor automatically control the opening of the wing on the top of termoplus, activating or deactivating the warm air flow. The system is feed by a usual 9 Volt battery with the life time of app. 3 years. This result in a completely autonomous use of termoplus, without any connection to the electrical power supply.

General Features General Description Cabinet (1) The rounded curves of the cabinet present an aesthetic design. Available in RAL 9002 colour, made from hot painted steel sheets and polyurethane powdered after treatment against rust and corrosion. Heat exchanger (2) Designed and studied in order to pay tribute to the natural convective thermal exchange. The coil is a copper pipe coil with aluminium fins mechanical fitted by expansion of the pipes. The coil can be reserved on site. Rear bearing frame (3) The frame is made from galvanized thick metal sheet to ensure protection against corrosion. The rear of the frame has holes for wall mounting and the appliance; pre-blanked holes on both sides is very flexible for the hydraulic installations. The pre-blanked holes in the upper side allow the substitution of existing radiators (TH - Version) with a distance from the water inlet pipe to the water outlet pipe from 480 to 630 mm. Water connections (4-5) The collectors are provided with female connections (½ ). If it s necessary to reverse the heat exchanger, it is possible to connect on the right or left side of the rear bearing frame. Air distribution head (6) made from high temperature-resistant PVC and available in 3 models: * with fixed steel metal grid * with manual adjustable louver * with automatic louver The model with automatic louver is equipped with an electric motor served by a common 9 Volts battery. The open and closing control is given by an onboard thermostat, manual adjustable. Air louver (7) The air louver is positioned at the top of the heat exchanger designed as a wing. Air conveyor (8) The air conveyors, on both sides, optimize the ascending airflow, maximizing the natural convective heat flow. Application termoplus is very easy to install and reversible water connections allow to choose a right or left installation. The removable cabinet ensures thorough cleaning, essential for installations or in those with special hygienic requirements. termoplus is in full compliance with the safety regulations. Packaging The units are packed in a standard card box for transport.

Installation termoplus convectors must be installed perfectly horizontal, the installation phases are following: 1. Fix the rear frame at the wall 2. Fix the heat exchanger and the convector to the rear frame; make the water connections. 3. Hook up the cabinet at the rear frame. Installing of the unit, proceed as following: 1.) Use the pre-printed template on the packaging - or the rear frame (installation to the wall) - in order to define the position of the hydraulic connections, respecting the minimal distance from the floor (100mm - suggested: 130mm) and the minimal distance from the top side of the rear frame in case of installation in niche (under window sill).
