THE INTELLIGENT SERVICES To beat time. Energy, comfort, safety, technology - all in a small space. A complete system of functions and services that allow the best management of the home. The timed thermostat, able to reduce consumption levels and increase the comfort, can also be controlled from your mobile phone. The daily/weekly timer to command every type of load. The alarm clock, with its different alarm settings, is perfect next to the bed. The gas and anti-flood detector, to monitor the safety of the home. All easy to install, and modular. All perfectly integrated in the CHORUS system. Safety The gas and anti-flood detectors, made in two modules, intervene on the electric valve and can also indicate the fact on your mobile phone. The probes are connected to the wireless detector. Energy management The daily/weekly timer can also be controlled by means of a simple text message. The movement detectors are fixed and adjustable, equipped with a light-sensitive device, with adjustable timer. 15
WIRELESS COMMANDS A single wavelength. The freedom to design and reinvent your home runs on the wave of the wireless frequencies. No wires, thanks to an advanced system of command transmission. In this way, all the one-way switches can be moved anywhere, and spaces modified without the need to carry out masonry works or lay new cables. Freedom The wireless timed thermostat, which can even be activated via the telephone, allows you to manage the temperature in any part of the home: in the kitchen, the living room or the bedroom, the most suitable temperature at any time of the day. 17
WIRELESS BURGLAR ALARM Safety without wires. A double frequency system that protects the house when you are out. This is the modern CHORUS burglar alarm, able to detect any presence and to converse with you by means of a simple text message. To install it, no masonry work is necessary. The safety of your home will never cause you to lose your freedom. Invaluable safety The communication between devices is guaranteed by a microprocessor that selects a random code 34 from the million billion possible combinations. 19
MASTER The entire home obeys. A sophisticated system navigator that's extremely easy to use. To control every function of the system, without limits: the burglar alarm, the entryphone-with-screen and the video surveillance, the EIB functions, the wireless commands. EIB EASY As easy as pressing a button. It is called EIB Easy Bus, the easy and immediate control system that uses the EIB. It can make each system component converse with the others. Furthermore, it's very easy to install, you don't need a PC for the programming, and it can even be used via text messages. Konnex-EIB standard An open communication protocol used throughout Europe. 23
VISION Perfect from every point of view. An entryphone-with-screen of the CHORUS line, with an inch colour 3,5 monitor. A system that sends you images and calls wherever you are in the world, thanks to an Internet connection or via your mobile phone. It can be installed with two wires, almost as easily as just speaking about it. Easily like having it on the wall, the table, the bedside table - you decide where. Co-ordinated and integrated design All the products are installed using standard supports, and are completed with the CHORUS LUX plates. Highly flexible The entryphone-with-screen is a unique product that can be installed anywhere: flushmounting, wall-mounted, or on the table. 25
ACTIVO The enclosure that knows what to do. It can manage the entire electrical system by itself, and guarantee you the safety you're looking for. In the event of overloading, it just disconnects the electrical appliance programmed as non-priority. In this way, while the system automatically returns below the allowed consumption threshold, all the other appliances go on working. ACTIVO installs RESTART with AUTOTEST, which automatically resets the system after any interruptions, checking the degree of safety and BIOCOMFORT (which prevents the development of unwanted electromagnetic fields). Safety will no longer leave the home. Safety Monitors and indicates irregularities; automatically resets the residual current circuit breaker, but only after checking the safety of the system. Control Apart from earth leakage and sudden changes in voltage, it is possible to check the effective consumption of the electrical appliances at any moment, thanks to the LCD display. Management Manages the overloads, if necessary disconnecting, if necessary, a line defined as non-priority. 27
