Befe any activation, please make then check the following connections Installing: Install the fixation kit NSE150 (emitter suppt) on the roof of the cab, fix the emitter on its suppt. The latest has to be placed at a distance of 30 to 50cm of the recept. - Install the fixation kit NSR (recept suppt) on the guide. If you have round guides, fix the fixation kit directly on the wall then fix the recept and its suppt. - Install the ASF suppt on the wall then insert the ASF box in it. Warning : Please note that f security purpose, the nm requires that they fix the ASF box (in the shaft) on the wall facing the free way on the wall facing of the lock. - Install the DPI kit (by opening do detect) accding to the installation notice delivered with the material. The reading head of the DPI has to be at a distance of 7 mm maximum accding to the do. - Place the CPP, the BPA and BRP (Reset) next to the AMC150 in the machinery. Your power supply box AMC150/M was delivered to you pre wired with the CPP button (V entry) and eventually the BPA (the alarm stop) and the BPR option button (Reset). Befe releasing any power, thanks f connecting the other element as shown and scheme card. Fitting Instructions Function : Alarm (ASF + Contact) => Law UeH Function : Alarm (ASF + SIC + Contact) => nm 82-212 Given that f the emitter and the ASF, we wk with lower power, you have to separate the circuits with high power and the circuits with low power to avoid static. In machinery : 6 - Unplugg the connects x1 and x2 if they were plugged. 7 - From your manoeuvring cupboards, put a brake signal into the AMC (contact NO NF on the F entry). 8 - From the roof of the cab, put an inspection signal into the AMC150 (NO contact on the P entry). 9 - Connect the control chain of the AMC (Exit L) in series in the controller after the locking. 10 - Connect the power supply of the ASF (9 meters extension of the last ASF to the amc150 : blue connect). 11 - Plug the connect back x2 then the connect x1 (220 Vac). Activating : When releasing the power, the AMC will bip. That is nmal, it is initialising. Operating : - To test the functioning of the alarm (by the triangular key) : In the machinery, unplug the yellow wire at the bn 4 (connect x9) to deactivate de anti unlocking. Unplug a wire from the emitter, make the lift wk. When the landing dos open with a triangular key, the alarm has to start ringing. - To test the functioning of the alarm (by the DPI) From the roof of the cab in inspection-only mode, the cab is out of unlocking zone, open the do situated in front of you and shift to nmal mode. Fitting Instructions (rest) - Stopping the alarm : The alarm system ASF has 2 functioning modes : the mode all nothing and the auto maintenance mode. If when the alarm rings you close, the alarm stops ringing: you are then in all nothing mode. If when the alarm rings, you close the do and the alarm keeps on ringing then you are in auto maintenance. Therefe, to stop the alarm, you have to go up to the machinery and push the alarm button (BPA). The mode change is made by the transposition of the staple «SV1» on the ASF. - Functioning of the backup system (batteries) During a power cut, the system automatically goes on emergency functioning (batteries). The box AMC150 bips every 15seconds to signal that the installation is in emergency functioning. The spare batteries have an autonomy of two hours minimum, therefe the installation can continue to wk after a power cut during two hours. The batteries can be solicited up to 24v. Under that 24V limit the box will make a bip to signal that the batteries are low. M.e.S - SAE-3 - During an intervention on the installation F an intervention under 30min push the CPP button. This action will enable you to unlock the anti-locking module of the installation. At this moment, you will be able to insert your triangular key and unlock.
