Summary of the meeting: Discussion on good practices in TT4, TT5 and TT6: Stakeholders gave their examples of the good practices (well-known examples Society North Vidzeme Geopark in TT4; Cesvaine Palace in TT5; The old Anteni Kilnhouse TT6; Ligatne Heritage Centre and Paper Factory in TT6). The common aspects from the stakeholder discussion on the indentified good practices are that all practices need to include cultural heritage values, innovation factors and need focusing on natural values (related with landscapes) protection. Stakeholders also indentified their expectations with regard to the HISTCAPE project. Vidzeme Planning Region needs to get more new and practical information on protection instruments in the natural and landscape areas as well as in culture heritage protection field. The main focuses are natural culture values and landscapes that are a very significance part of the culture heritage in Latvia. Presentation of the summer school activities: The summer school is indentified as good practice in the HISTCAPE project in TT5. The Summer School is a compact and intensive format of both learning from and delivering fresh ideas for the city it takes place in. It is a new and innovative way for students to learn new skills at their professional level and at the same time it is an interesting way to learn how to make urban, cultural and social areas of the city more attractive taking into account cultural heritage significance. For Cesis it is a chance to collect fresh ideas and discover new territories and ways for future development. The city becomes more interesting and useful for local inhabitants as well as for tourists. Students presented their work in the five units: «Eventology»; «Healing Spaces»; «Down the Rabbit Hole»; «Afterparty»; «Screening Utopia». Annexes: Agenda of the meeting Signed Attendance sheet
