A DEDICATED MANAGEMENT TEAM 6 Gary Brine Gary Founded Aspire in 2009 Previously he founded and built one of Europe s largest marketing communications agencies with offices in 11 Countries worldwide. Gary s role in the company is to oversee all site selections, construction design and internal finishing. He has constructed properties that have achieved record GDV s in Central London and Surrey and is keen to push the boundaries of design and construction quality. Gary is also a qualified ice hockey coach having once played professional ice hockey, a keen triathlete, Founder of the Viceroys triathlon club, father of three and a bit of a Mod. Alyson Lumb Alyson comes from a diverse business background, from FTSE top 50 companies to award winning architects and high profile brands, where she has been involved in mergers and acquisitions as well as developments such as Heathrow Terminal 5. Armed with considerable project management skills, Alyson s focus on service delivery and attention to detail always leads to exceptional customer experience. Shaun Geggus Shaun has over 20 Years of experience in the construction sector. With an indepth knowledge of construction techniques and building processes, Shaun has completed projects in the high end residential sector, commercial sector and leisure sector. Shaun is driven by achieving exacting standards of finish and build quality by way of clear communication through well informed operational teams engaged by Aspire to deliver our projects. 7
