This includes 2 heavy duty shoot bolts (top and bottom) that offer up to 300% more contact area than competitors locks. In the event of a breakin due to a security hardware failure ERA offer a 5,000 warranty. Mega Hinges Heavy duty 90 opening hinges with the Easy Clean facility for easy cleaning of the outside pane on all side hung windows.
