Full range of refrigerated counters constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel throughout. The one-piece structure, with insulated door and AISI 304 stainless steel handle, allows the user to choose the most convenient top design option: without worktop, with worktop (..M), or with top and rear splashback (..A). There is also a wide choice of door and drawer combinations and temperature ranges, while the cooling unit may be built-in or remote (..R..models). The one-piece structure and 60 mm of CFC-free polyurethane insulation (55 mm for Snack mod.) guarantee optimal operation even at a room temperature of +43 C max, with low energy consumption. The appliance s outstanding reliability is also assured by the IP24 protection of its functional elements; maximum hygiene thanks to the pressed bottom and drain outlet (in positive temperature models). Echoes: complete range, available also in negative temperature. HACCP-TOP Lcd display electronic p.c.b., with both visual and acoustic alarms. New models preset to be connected to remote cooling units. Melodies: maximun flexibility with two different depths, controls with digital thermometer - thermostat to ensure precision in the starting and reading phase of the chamber temperature. 6TE: the GN 1/1 refrigerated drawer on the technical compartment increases notably the possible storage space. Snack: suitable height to support modular cooking appliances. 3
