THE LIGHTING COLLECTION Lighting was where it all started. The very first product launched under the name Normann Copenhagen was the iconic Norm 69 self-assembly lamp, and for more than 15 years we have worked with skilled designers to create superb lighting designs. Today, we have a wide selection of styles that can accommodate lighting needs of both commercial projects and private homes. AMP PENDANT Simon Legald has designed a sophisticated range of lamps called Amp. The idea for the lamps came to him when he was restoring an old 1960 s radio at home. The tube amplifier from the old radio inspired him to create the simple oval shape, just as the name Amp refers to the English term: tube amplifier. AMP TABLE LAMP Amp is characterized by its high-quality materials of glass and marble that add a visual fragility and sensuous heaviness. The designer has visually highlighted the way the delicate shade rests on the socket. The decorative bulb emits a stunning glow though the colored glass lampshades and produces a beautiful and atmospheric light. Design by Simon Legald 12

AMP CHANDELIER The show-stopping Amp chandelier is built up around a central steel cylinder, from which small arms grow out to form a voluminous oval shape. Each arm is crowned by a miniature version of the Amp table lamp, which by virtue of repetition breathes life into a sculptural and dramatic lamp. The characteristic lampshades are illuminated by recessed LED bulbs, creating an impressive play of light when gathered in the chandelier. Design by Simon Legald 16

BELL The Bell lamp gets its name from its characteristic bell shape. It has a simple design, but makes its mark with its eye-catching fixture, which forms a central part of the design. IKONO The beautiful Ikono pendant lamp is based on the Danish lighting tradition, but the designer has stripped the design down to its essence and eliminated any unnecessary components and screws. This gives Ikono both a soft and graphic feel. The lamp is made up of a cone-shaped glass cylinder and two colored steel shades in matching tones, which rest on the glass. The light is directed by the top shade while the lower shade ensures anti-dazzle. Design by Simon Legald 22

BAU In German, Bau means construction, and it is exactly the Bau lamp s construction that creates its intriguing expression of harmonious disharmonics. The sculptural design is based on interlocking circles, sticking out in all directions. The pattern of the Bau lamp is broken up by the discs colors, sizes and off-center linkages, making the lamp living and organic in its appearance. Design by Vibeke Fonnesberg Schmidt 26

NORM 69 In 1969, Simon Karkov designed his visionary, futuristic lamp, which consists of 69 parts. Norm 69 is a strong and flexible lamp that fully utilises the light effect without causing glare. It can withstand excessive temperature swings and can be put together without tools or glue. NORM 03 Norm 03 is a modern lampshade consisting of 39 pieces, which is easy to assemble without the need for any tools or glue. Two long foil strips fold in and out of each other in a snake-like pattern, creating, in their own way, order from chaos. The organic shape kindles memories of the sixties and when lit, Norm 03 provides a sculptural light effect on the wall. Design by Britt Kornum 30

NORM 06 Norm 06 is a decorative self-assembly lampshade with poetic character. The design is inspired by flowers, in particular by lilies and water lilies. Norm 06 nicely follows the Danish design tradition for lampshades with its shielding of the bulb and the soft light. Design by Simon Karkov 32

NORM 12 The Norm 12, named after the year 2012 when the lamp was designed, is a self-assembly lamp in a soft and organic shape. Nature and flowers have been a constant source of inspiration for Simon Karkov and the resemblance to a flower is clear when looking at the Norm 12 lamp s curved, leaf-like components. HELLO The Hello floor lamp has a futuristic expression with round forms of its shade and body giving the lamp personality and character. STAGE A lively expression meets complete functionality in the Stage floor lamp. Stage is inspired by professional spotlights, as used in film production and photo shoots. A practical handle grows out of the tilting lampshade and the switch has been smoothly integrated on top of the shade, allowing the lamp to be turned on and positioned with just a single movement of the hand. CAP In spite of its simple, geometrical shape, Cap oozes with personality. The inspiration is drawn from the cartoon character Calimero, a charming little chicken with an eggshell on its head, which gave the idea for the large, semicircular lampshade. The shade is rotatable, making it possible to direct the light. This makes Cap functional as a reading lamp, for spreading a lot of light, or to create a cozy lighting atmosphere. ACROBAT French designer Marc Venot has created an innovative table lamp that can be placed both vertically and horizontally in a vast number of positions. The intelligent design consists of two parts: a cone-shaped base and an oblong LED light source that are held together by magnets only. This allows Acrobat to adopt almost magical positions. RISE Rise is an uncomplicated and versatile wall lamp. Strict lines are gently softened by stumpy sections, creating an attractive blend of a minimalistic design and a friendly appearance. The lamp consists of a base and a cylindrical shade, which are held together by a turning joint, making it possible to rotate the shade around the base to adjust the direction of the light.
