IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS Definitions Whenever used, the following symbol and terms identify safety and property damage messages and designate a level of hazard seriousness. - This is the safety alert symbol. It alerts you to potential personal injury hazards. Obey all safety messages that follow this symbol to avoid possible injury or death. DANGER Indicates an imminently hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. Usage of this signal word is limited to the most extreme situations. WARNING Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury. CAUTION Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, may result in minor/moderate injury. NOTICE Addresses practices not related to personal injury, such as product and/or property damage. Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical products, especially when children are present. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE. WARNING-- To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or serious personal injury: Keep this product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not intended for use by children. Extra caution and close supervision are necessary when using any appliance near children. Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet, is allowed to cool, and pressure is released before filling/refilling with water, assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it. Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.

Contents under pressure; do not open the Water Tank Cap while operating the product or until all pressure has been released. Ensure the product is properly assembled before use. Use care to avoid steam burns; do not point the product at or use it on people or animals. Do not plug or unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet hand. Do not use the product on small kitchen appliances (for example, toaster, blender, coffee maker) or household appliances (for example, computer, TV, stereo) with exposed electrical components or where exposure to moisture or heat could damage the product or cause electric shock. Keep the product away from combustible liquids such as gasoline. Ensure the Water Tank and attachment openings are free of blockages (e.g., dust, lint, or hair) before each use. Do not submerge the Water Tank, Power Cord, or Plug of this product in water or other liquids and do not expose the Power Cord or Plug to water or other liquids. Do not touch hot surfaces. The Water Tank and attachments will become hot during use; always use the Handle to hold the product. To disconnect from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the Plug; do not pull on the Power Cord. Do not operate the product with an empty Water Tank. Do not use attachments or accessories not sold or recommended by the product manufacturer. Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and increase the risk of fire. However, if an extension cord must be used, the marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product (see Electrical Specifications section). To provide continued protection against risk of electric shock, connect to properly grounded outlets only. To avoid circuit overload when using this product, do not operate another high wattage product on the same electrical circuit. Do not carry the product by the Power Cord. Always use the Handle. Never close a door on the Power Cord or pull the Power Cord around sharp edges or corners. 2

Keep the Power Cord away from heated surfaces; never apply steam over the Power Cord. Do not put any stress on the Power Cord where it connects to the product, as the Power Cord could fray and break. Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or Plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if the Water Tank has been dropped in water, or if the Power Cord or Plug has been exposed to water. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair. CAUTION-- To reduce the risk of personal injury: This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use in indoor cleaning of heat-resistant surfaces (for example, stove tops, ovens, refrigerators, bathroom and kitchen tiles, windows, and fabrics). Do not use outdoors or for any other purpose than intended. Do not place the product on surfaces (for example, carpets) that may be damaged by heat or moisture. During use, keep all attachments, except the Squeegee, at least 10 inches (25.4 cm) from glass surfaces to prevent shattering. Do not allow the Power Cord to hang (for example, over the edge of a table or counter) where it may be tripped over. WARNING: This product is equipped with a 3-prong grounding pin plug to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit into a grounded outlet only one way. This is a safety feature. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the grounding plug. NOTE: This product uses a thermostat to maintain proper operating temperature and to keep it from overheating. 1. Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and place the Water Tank on a flat, level, stable surface. 2. Pour water into the Measuring Cup up to the line labeled 220ml - MAX (about one Cup). CAUTION: Do not fill the Measuring Cup over the maximum to avoid overfilling the Water Tank. NOTICE: Do not use any decalcifiers, aromatics, alcohol, or cleaning agents in this product; use water only. 4

3. Push down the Water Tank Cap and turn counterclockwise to remove. 4. Empty the Measuring Cup into the Water Tank, and then replace the Water Tank Cap by turning it clockwise until the rubber ring under the Cap contacts the metal ring on top of the Tank. A gap will remain between the Cap and the Water Tank, and the Cap can still be turned. 5. Connect the desired attachment as follows: Steam Nozzle (for general purpose cleaning): Align the tabs in the end of the Steam Nozzle with the notches in the Spout of the Water Tank. Firmly push the end of the Steam Nozzle into the Spout, aligning the arrow on the Steam Nozzle with the unlocked symbol on the Spout of the Water Tank (see Fig. 1a). Firmly push the end of the Extension Hose into the Spout, aligning the arrow on the Extension Hose with the unlocked symbol on the Spout of the Water Tank (see Fig. 2a). Push the Extension Hose in while turning it clockwise until the arrow on the Extension Hose aligns with the locked symbol on the Spout of the Water Tank (see Fig. 2b). b. Align the tabs in the end of the Surface Nozzle with the notches in the end of the Extension Hose. Firmly push the end of the Surface Nozzle into the Spout, aligning the arrow on the Surface Nozzle with the unlocked symbol on the Extension Hose (see Fig. 3a). Push the Surface Nozzle in while turning it clockwise until the arrow on the Surface Nozzle aligns with the locked symbol on the Extension Hose (see Fig. 3b). Cleaning Cloth (for cleaning large, flat surfaces or removing clothing wrinkles): a. Attach the Extension Hose and Surface Nozzle as instructed in the Surface Nozzle subsection. b. Place the Cleaning Cloth over the front of the Surface Nozzle. Window Squeegee (for cleaning the interior of windows, mirrors, and shower doors): 6

a. Attach the Extension Hose and Surface Nozzle as instructed in the Surface Nozzle subsection. b. Hook the small tabs on the bottom of the Window Squeegee into the slots on the bottom of the Surface Nozzle, and then push the top of the Nozzle under the Locking Tab near the top of the Squeegee. 6. Plug the Power Cord into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet. The Indicator Light will illuminate for 2-3 minutes indicating that the product is generating steam. When the product is ready to use, the Indicator Light will shut off. NOTE: During use, the Indicator Light will cycle on and off when the product reheats to maintain the steaming temperature. 7. Hold the Water Tank level or slightly tilted, as needed, hold the attachment about one inch from the area/item to be cleaned, and press the Steam Trigger to apply steam to a small, inconspicuous area as a test. CAUTION: Do not tilt the Water Tank more than a 45 angle; otherwise, the product may leak hot water. CAUTION: Keep all attachments, except the Squeegee, at least 10 inches (25 cm) from glass surfaces to prevent shattering. NOTICE: Ensure areas/items to be cleaned are suited for steam cleaning, and move the attachment in a continuous back and forth motion. NOTE: Except when cleaning glass surfaces, steam will lose pressure and heat efficiency if the attachment is held more than one inch away from the area/item to be cleaned. 8. Continue cleaning by pressing and holding the Steam Trigger. 9. To refill the Water Tank: a. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet, allow it to cool for five minutes, hold down the Steam Trigger until no steam discharges from the attachment. Hold down the Steam Trigger while pushing down and twisting the Water Tank Cap counterclockwise and screwing counterclockwise to remove it. WARNING: Do not open the Water Tank Cap while operating the product or until all pressure has been released. b. Repeat Steps 2-4, reconnect the plug, and then wait for the Indicator Light to turn off again. 10. After use, unplug the product from the electrical outlet, allow it to cool for five minutes, and hold down the Steam Trigger until no steam discharges from the attachment. 7

WARNING: Always unplug the product when it is not in use or is left unattended. 11. Hold down the Steam Trigger, push down and twist the Water Tank Cap counterclockwise and screw counterclockwise to remove it, and then pour out any remaining water. Changing Attachments: WARNING: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet, allow it to cool for five minutes, and release all pressure before removing attachments. 1. Unplug the product from the electrical outlet, allow it to cool for five minutes, and then hold down the Steam Trigger until no steam discharges from the attachment. 2. Remove the attachment as follows: Brush or Angled Nozzle: Firmly pull the Nozzle from the Steam Nozzle. Steam Nozzle or Extension Hose: Firmly push the Nozzle/Hose in, turn the Nozzle/Hose counterclockwise (see Fig. 4a) until the arrow on the Nozzle/Hose aligns with the unlocked symbol on the Spout, and then pull it from the Spout. NOTE: If the Steam Nozzle is connected to the Extension Hose, turn the Nozzle counterclockwise (see Fig. 4b) until the arrow on the Steam Nozzle aligns with the unlocked symbol on the Extension Hose, slightly twist it, and then pull it from the Extension Hose. Cleaning Cloth: Pull the Cleaning Cloth from around the Surface Nozzle. Window Squeegee: Push up the Locking Tab near the top of the Squeegee, and unhook the small tabs from the Surface Nozzle. 8

Surface Nozzle: Turn the Surface Nozzle counterclockwise until the arrow aligns with the unlocked symbol on the Extension Hose, slightly twist it, and then pull it from the Extension Hose. 4. Follow the instructions under the To Assemble and Use section to connect a different attachment. 5. After connecting the attachment, replace the Water Tank Cap and reconnect the plug. Care and Maintenance WARNING: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet, allow it to cool for five minutes, and hold down the Steam Trigger to release all pressure before cleaning. Rinse the Water Tank and allow it to air-dry thoroughly after each use. WARNING: Do not immerse the Water Tank in water or other liquids. NOTICE: Do not use vinegar, decalcifiers, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads to clean any part of the product. Periodically examine the Extension Hose for damages (e.g., cracks, splits). If hose is damaged, discontinue use of the product. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair. Store the product in a cool, dry place.
