PRODUCT: SEL-SV-MCQ-O5- K6 VERSION 3. TECHNICAL SHEET /5 SAC 55 39-66 APPLICATION Flame presence signal sensor-transmitter recommended for single- or multiple-burner systems for industrial or commercial use of any kind of power, operating on gas, oil or any other fuel producing flame emitting or visible rays (yellow flame) either under continuous operation (switches burner on / off within a period of time longer than 24 hours). It is provided with sensor-transmitter fault self-diagnosis circuit at every 4 seconds operation (self-checking circuit). Item 4..4.4 of ABNT NBR 233 Standard establishes as mandatory the use of sensor with fault self-diagnosis on burners from, Kcal power operating for 24 hours or longer without at least one shutdown. This product meets the requirements of ABNT 233 standard Sept./2 revision. It is provided with independent sensor sensitivity setting, which facilitates using it in multiple-burner applications, for discrimination of adjacent flames and signal transmitting circuit, which enables its application at distances up to,3 meters between the sensor and the flame detector relay or programmer. The device is provided with two sensors: one ultraviolet (8 nm to 26 nm) and another infrared (5 nm to nm) sensor. The MCQ system is composed of the flame presence detector relay, sensor SEL-SV-MCQ and programmer / monitor. Refer to the MCQ system functional diagram. In the MCQ system, detector relay is MCQ system s master unit; it establishes communication to all other set units, processes and performs the operations required for providing the flame control. It processes the ultraviolet and infrared radiation sensor signals and other parameters as well. The signals are programmed and monitored through the programming / monitoring unit MCQ. accessory and stored in (non-volatile) flash memory of the CHM-F- Through the accessory, it enables control and signaling operations via keyboard and alphanumeric LCD display as well as programming mode (U, I, U and I, U or I) and U and I set point. It also enables monitoring absolute and percent values of and, self-check, temperature on SEL-SV-MCQ, events in progress, the latest 6 events occurred in sequential order with date / time, their code, event date and time and parameters programmed.
