The previous temperature value starts blinking on display. It will blink for 6 seconds, and within this period, you can set the desired temperature by pressing the F button again. Each time you press the F button, the temperature changes by one degree. After setting the desired temperature the value on the display will blink for 6 seconds. Then the actual temperature is displayed. 12

ENGLISH TECHNICAL PASSPORT Temperature setting range: from +2 C to +7 C. If the actual temperature exceeds +9 C, the letter H is displayed. Attention! If the refrigerator door remains open for too long, the interior light is automatically turned off by the safety system in order to prevent bulb overheating. To switch the light again, close and reopen the door of the appliance. Note: Â Clearance between shelves and the back wall of the refrigerator ensures free air circulation. Â Make sure that the food products are not in contact with the back wall of the refrigerator. Â Do not place hot or warm food into the appliance. Â Store liquids in closed containers. NO-FROST system maintains constant temperature and fast cooling. Forced circulation of dry air causes a rapid drying of food products. Therefore we recommend storing them in tightly closed containers. 13

ENGLISH USING FREEZER COMPARTMENT The appliance has well-separated compartments: Â The upper drawer A is designed for freezing fresh food. Â Lower and middle drawers B are designed exclusively for storage of frozen and deep-frozen food products. Divide freezable food into small portions (max. 1 kg ), wrap them properly in special polyethylene film and foil, close the containers hermetically if possible, write the date and place them on the appropriate shelf. Â The temperature sufficient for storage of frozen products, will be reached within approx. 3 hours after switching on the freezer compartment. TEMPERATURE SETTING Freezer compartment can work autonomously (independently of the cooler). To switch on this compartment, hold the C button for not less than 0.5 seconds; to switch off, hold the C button for 4 seconds until «--» symbol is displayed. To set the desired temperature press C button; previously set temperature value will blink on display for 6 seconds. During this time period, you can set the desired temperature by pressing the C button again. Each time you press this button, the temperature value changes by one degree. After setting the desired temperature the display will blink for 6 seconds. Then the actual temperature is displayed. The display shows the actual temperature values in the freezer compartment in the range from +20 to -40 C. If the temperature exceeds +20 C, the symbol H is displayed. 14

ENGLISH TECHNICAL PASSPORT FREEZER TEMPERATURE INCREASE ALARM SYSTEM Two types of alarm are provided: sound and visual (blinking display, see Fig.). Both types of alarm are enabled simultaneously, as soon as the temperature in the freezer exceeds -12 C (Example: -11). To disable the sound alarm, press the S button of SUPER mode. Visual alarm is disabled automatically when the temperature is below -12 C. ATTENTION! At start-up the sound alarm is enabled automatically, since the temperature in the freezer compartment exceeds -12 C. FREEZING FRESH FOOD Freezer compartment with symbol can be used for freezing fresh food. The amount of food that can be frozen within 24 hours is specified on the rating plate (see ELECTRICAL CONNECTION). Procedure  Wrap food products properly in foil, special polyethylene film or put them into a special plastic package, polyethylene containers with cover, or containers specially designed for use in freezers.  Arrange food products in compartments to ensure sufficient air circulation between packages. In the case of power failure the temperature, sufficient for food storage is maintained in the freezer compartment for approximately 15 hours. 15

ENGLISH During the power outage do not open the freezer door. SUPER MODE SETTING This mode is activated by holding the S button for not less than 0.5 seconds; the symbol is displayed. This mode is deactivated automatically after 27 hours, or manually by holding the S button for not less than 0.5 seconds until the symbol disappears. ATTENTION! Shelf life of frozen food products is listed in the table on the inner side of the freezer door. When purchasing frozen food, please pay attention to the following: Â The bag or package should not have traces of damage. Otherwise, the product may be rotten. If the package is swollen or has damp spots, this means that storage conditions were not observed, and the defrosting process could have already started. Â Frozen food products should be bought in the last turn and transported using special thermal bags. Â When you come back home, immediately place frozen food products in the freezer. 16

ENGLISH TECHNICAL PASSPORT RECOMMENDATIONS To avoid frostbite, DO NOT put ice cubes in the mouth or eat ice-lollies just been taken out of the freezer. STORING FROZEN FOOD The period of the efficient storage of frozen foods varies depending on the type of product. Strictly follow guidelines for storing frozen food, specified on the package. MAKING ICE CUBES Fill the ice tray with water and place it in the corresponding drawer of the freezer compartment (if provided). FROZEN FOOD STORAGE TIPS Make sure that the packaging is not damaged, has no wet spots, and is not swollen. Otherwise frozen food product could be rotten. Do not store frozen food products for longer than the storage period specified for each kind of product. 17

ENGLISH STORING FOOD IN THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT Â Avoid or try to minimize temperature fluctuations. Â Observe storage periods specified on the packaging of frozen food products. Â Follow the storage instructions given on the packaging of frozen food. Â The maximum amount of food that can be frozen simultaneously (in kg/day), is specified on the rating plate. Â Freezing products should not contact with already frozen food to avoid temperature increase of the latter. DO NOT refreeze partially unfrozen products; these should be consumed within 24 hours. DO NOT store deep-frozen food products for period longer than recommended. CLEANING WARNING: do not use any electrical devices inside the food storage compartment, except those recommended by the manufacturer. Reinstall the filter, close the cover Fig. 1. Power cable  Regularly check the integrity of the power cable.  In case of damage, do not use the appliance and do not try to repair the cable. To replace the cable, contact qualified personnel. 19

ENGLISH TROUBLESHOOTING 1) The appliance does not work  Power supply is interrupted.  The plug is not properly inserted into the mains socket.  Power cable is damaged.  Incorrect temperature setting. 2) The temperature in the compartments is not too high  Doors are ajar.  The appliance is too close to a heat source.  Incorrect temperature setting.  Contaminated condenser. 3) The temperature in the cooler compartment is too low  The incorrect thermostat position. 4) Too loud noise during operation  The appliance contacts furniture or other things.  Rear-wall pipes contact each other or vibrate.  The appliance is not in a horizontal position. 5) The indicator lamp N is on  See clause USING FREEZER COMPARTMENT. 6) Water on the floor  The tray V is not properly install and does not contact the compressor.  Drain pipe R is not properly inserted into the tray. 20
