3 Technical Development Program Outline 3 Technical Development Program Outline Program Objectives Develop participants skill set for an optimum support of Honeywell Experion PKS and Safety Manager technologies. Provide a safe and fully functional live plant environment to enable skill practice of concepts learnt in classroom. Enable participants to debottleneck and solve problems occuring in real-life industry processes. The program outcome is for participants to become competent in both knowledge and skills in their daily work. As part of the program, an evaluation will be carried out with the following methods: On-line tests to demonstrate the mastering of the critical concepts taught in the classroom training. A small project to ensure ability to perform field-based activities. 4 2014 Global Technical HPS Training Development Catalogue Program 4 The Live Training Plant provides a Hands-On Plant Experience The integrated Live Training Plant has been built to accelerate the development of the Oil & Gas human capital through experiential learning and recreation of real-world operations. It provides participants with hands-on operations and maintenance experience for the Upstream & Downstream sectors of Oil & Gas Industry. First of its kind ever installed in South East Asia region, the equipment comes complete with the elements of safe, health & environment embedded. The Live Training Plant is supported by 6 Academies (Exploration & Production, Electrical, Mechanical & Inspection, Instrumentation, Process & Analytical and Health Safety & Environment) complete with practical workshops and advanced equipment. Facilities available at the Live Training Plant Upstream: Central Control Room (CCR), Well Systems (Production & Injection), Well Testing, Separation System, Gas Compression System, Gas Dehydration System, Produced Water Treatment System, Flare/Vent System, Drain System, Pumping System, Pigging System and Crude Stabilization System. Downstream: Central Control Room (CCR), Boiler System, Crude Distillation System, Hydrocarbon Treatment System, Water Treatment System, Furnace System, Cooling Water System, Drain System and Flare System.
