At our 32.000 m 2 headquarters in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, we give work to about 250 employees. Further dozens of employees take care of the production and commercial services of the REMAK brand at our commercial agencies in the Russian Federation. AERO MASTER Cirrus Modular Air-Handling Units Waste-free production of panels High-strength self-contained panel AeroMaster Cirrus air-handling units enable you to execute specific applications complying with the highest requirements for environmental cleanliness with an air output of up to 99.200 m 3 /h. An Ecodesign version is ready with an air output of up to 68.000 m 3 /h. Lamel walls combined with self-contained panels (D1 mechanical strength and L1 casing air leakage) enable us to design environmentally-friendly air-handling units for waste-free and low energy consumption production. Luzhniki Stadium Russia The Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow is the largest stadium in Russia. Since 2013, it has undergone reconstruction within which we delivered total of 209 pieces airhandling units consisting of AeroMaster Cirrus and and AeroMaster XP series with an unbelievable total air output of 1.000.000 m 3 /h. During this reconstruction, the former athletics stadium will be converted into a solely football stadium with a capacity of 81.000 spectators, ready for the opening of the 2018 World Football Championship.

AERO MASTER Cirrus Modular Air-Handling Units The Klíše swimming stadium Czech Republic Hriebienok Resort Slovakia United World College Dilijan Armenia We delivered air-handling equipment with a total air output of 93.000 m 3 /h for the reconstruction of the Klíše city spa in Ústí nad Labem, starting with Vento units, through AeroMaster XP and AeroMaster Cirrus units up to AeroMaster FP overhead units and swimming-pool units, including the VCS control system. We delivered two AeroMaster XP and two AeroMaster Cirrus air-handling units and one Vento duct airhandling unit with a total air output of 120.000 m 3 /h for the newly built Hriebienok Resort situated in Starý Smokovec, the heart of the Vysoké Tatry, equipped with an underground car park at a depth of 12 meters and with 330 parking bays. One of fifteen schools in the world and the first international boarding school in Armenia. This high school acquired a certificate for the application of environmentally-friendly solutions within the entire project life-cycle, and thus became the first certified green building in Armenia. For this school, we delivered five of our AeroMaster XP air-handling units, three Vento duct air-handling units and AeroMaster Cirrus air-handling units with a total air output of 70.509 m 3 /h. 11 E Solution for a Better environment

AERO MASTER XP Modular Air-Handling Units Fans with effective EC motors EX version for explosive environments AeroMaster XP modular air-handling units are designed for easy to use air-handling and air-conditioning solutions intended for standard as well as clean area applications. They represent the highest quality class of air-handling units with an air output up to 28.000 m 3 /h (Ecodesign version up to 19.000 m 3 /h). The frameless casing, L1 air leakage class, mineral wool insulation of the casing with a density of 110 kg/m 3 and labyrinth connection of the AeroMaster XP casing panels enabled us to achieve high strength and acoustic attenuation. Applications AeroMaster XP air-handling units are intended for installation on the floor, and are delivered with a rigid base frame mounted in the factory. They are manufactured with the same design for indoor and outdoor environments. Country Park Moska Russia For the Country Park, a newly built modern office centre in Moscow with a total area of 27.800 m 2, 21 floors, eleven elevators, a glass facade and congress hall for 700 people, we delivered 28 AeroMaster XP air-handling units and 10 Vento duct air-handling units, including a VCS control system, with a total air output of 180.000 m 3 /h.

AERO MASTER XP Modular Air-Handling Units Centre of Physical and Technological Sciences Lithuania Hotel Sport Véska Czech Republic Eltham Hill School London United Kingdom For the newly built National Centre of Physical and Technological Sciences at Vilnius University with a total area of 25.000 m 2, more than 260 labs, 350 offices and 16 work stations for students complying with the latest standards and serving as the largest physical, chemical and technological research base, we delivered specially designed air-handling equipment consisting of four AeroMaster Cirrus and eleven AeroMaster XP airhandling units with a total air output of 220.667 m 3 /h. We equipped the Véska Multipurpose Resort, situated close to Oderské vrchy, with two AeroMaster XP and AeroMaster FP swimming-pool units and one AeroMaster XP unit, including a VCS control system, with a total air output of 18.500 m 3 /h. We equipped this girls school with a tradition dating back to 1906 and situated in Eltham Hill on the southeastern outskirts of London with ventilation of school kitchen back areas using five of our AeroMaster XP units with a total air output of 45.828 m 3 /h. 15 E Solution for a Better environment

Zlaté jablko commercial centre Czech Republic For the Zlaté jablko commercial and entertainment centre in Zlín with an area of 13.000 m 2, including a six-hall multiplex cinema and 75 shops, and 6.300.000 visitors in 2015, we delivered AeroMaster XP, AeroMaster FP and Vento air-handling units and DoorMaster door air curtains.

AERO MASTER FP Flat Air-Handling Units Patria Hotel Slovakia Wien Casino Rakousko City Polyclinic, Saint Petersburg Russia For the reconstruction of the wellness zone of the Patria Hotel, an exclusive dominant feature of Štrbské Pleso (1355 m above sea level) with beautiful views of the High Tatras, named after the nearby Patria peak, we delivered an AeroMaster FP air-handling unit. Reconstruction of the Casino in the Vienna centre also included our AeroMaster FP air-handling unit. For the City Polyclinic in the centre of Saint Petersburg, featuring advanced healthcare equipment and a wide range of specializations, including physiotherapy, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, urology and surgery, we delivered a complete air-handling system consisting of AeroMaster FP and AeroMaster XP units, with a total air output of 78.000 m 3 /h. 19 E Solution for a Better environment

VENTO SYSTEM Duct Air Handling Units Explosion-proof fans Highly effective counter-flow heat exchanger Vento duct air-handling units have been developed by Remak since 1995 as a unique and complex system, which has been copied by many competitors and has thus become an industry standard. This system is intended for applications with an air output of up to 10.000 m 3 /h. Outputs in compliance with Ecodesign 2016 and 2018 are dependent on customer specification, filter type, fan and heat exchanger. The modular concept enables maximum adaptation of the project solution to complicated space conditions in reconstructions and annex building sites. Individual components of this system can be placed into different air-handling assemblies or optionally interconnected by air ducts. Privilege Residential Complex in Saint Petersburg Russia This residential complex is situated on Krestovsky Island the most prestigious quarter of Saint Petersburg. This complex includes six buildings on the bank of the Něva River and offers a high level of comfort and the services of a five-star hotel bank, nursery school, spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, beauty salon, yacht marina and many others. For this complex, we delivered AeroMaster XP air-handling units and Vento duct air-handling units with a total air output of 261.795 m 3 /h.

VENTO SYSTEM Duct Air Handling Units Izmirlian Medical Center Armenia Moscow Education Centre Russia Johann Gregor Mendel Station Antarctica For this newly reconstructed top-level hospital in the Armenian capital Yerevan, with 140 beds and 200 employees, specialising in urology, orthopaedics and sports traumatology and providing cost-effective services for the public, we delivered thirty Vento duct air-handling units with a total air output of 70.665 m 3 /h. We delivered complete air-handling equipment, consisting of 34 Vento duct air-handling and 12 outdoor AeroMaster XP air-handling units with a total air output of 140.000 m 3 /h for the reconstruction of this Moscow school focused on elementary and secondary education. For this scientific station in the Antarctica specialising in research into climatology, geology chemistry, botany and zoology and intended for fifteen researchers staying in the summer months, we delivered a Vento air-handling system, which had to be transported to the site by a navy icebreaker. 23 E Solution for a Better environment

DOOR MASTER C, D, P Air Curtains Directly driven fans Heaters with increased heating output DoorMaster C air curtains are air-handling devices which separate the indoor and outdoor environment using a visually non-disturbing air flow. They are designed for interior installation above entrance doors in all types of buildings with a max. door height of 2.5 m and for smaller facilities, such as small shops, hotels, restaurants, banks, post offices, petrol stations, etc. DoorMaster D air curtains are intended for administrative centres, hypermarkets, restaurants, garages, warehouses, etc. They are designed for internal installation above entrance doors with a max. height of 3.0 m. DoorMaster P air curtains are designed for indoor installations mounted above or beside door openings in industrial buildings where greater frequency of transport and handling devices or movement of persons can be expected. For the New World SA financial centre, specialising in leasing and administration of commercial buildings, we delivered an AeroMaster XP air-handling unit, including a VCB control system, and DoorMaster C and D air curtains. We resolved ventilation of the shopping and entertainment centre in Tula, Russia, situated 165 km from Moscow on the Upa River, using eight AeroMaster XP inlet and outlet air-handling units and three Vento duct air-handling units. Duct fans for explosion hazardous areas (ATEX, Zone 1 RP EX, RQ Ex) are also available. All duct fans and single-phase fans are based on compact motorized impellers with an external rotor with low starting currents and very long service intervals and long service life of the bearings. Seismic Areas For the newly built Yunus Emre power plant in Turkey, situated at an altitude of 500 m and with temperatures ranging from -20 C in winter to 42 C in summer, we have provided complete delivery of air-handling equipment with a total air output of 800.000 m 3 /h. We have used 53 air-handling units and 67 condensing units in seismic versions, including measuring and control. The total weight of all the air-handling units is 86 tons. Some air-handling units are situated on the building s roof, 53 m high. This means that they had to be dimensioned for gravity acceleration of 20 g, while gravity acceleration at the ground level is only 0.2 g. Special requirements are applied for power station structures which must allow them to be safely shut down if an earthquake occurs. For nuclear power plants, it is necessary to ensure such conditions which will enable the reactor s active zone to be safely cooled. Design Requirements In seismic areas with a high risk of earthquakes, the basic aim is to design and build all structures and systems (including air-handling devices) so that damage to such structures and technology as well as casualties will be minimised as far as possible even if the maximum calculated seismic parameters have been reached.
