1. ABOUT US We are a modern design studio. We merge the practice of creativity and innovation to create beautiful, habitable and practical spaces. We aim to produce spaces that are functional and adaptable while at the same time being feel good and comfortable. Our designs reflect our client s desires and how they choose to live.

4. INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICEs We are dynamic - we explore and communicate our design ideas to you visually. We have broken down our interior design services into 2 stages - this allows for a client to proceed with either Stage 1, or Stages 1 & 2 depending on their project and needs. STAGE 1 INTERIOR DESIGN & 3D SKETCH MODEL STAGE 2 INTERIOR DOCUMENTATION & SPECIFICATION

STAGE 1 : INTERIOR DESIGN & 3D SKETCH MODEL CLIENT BRIEFING Initial discussions are held with the client to identify the project outcomes, functionality and objectives SITE ANALYSIS A preliminary analysis of proposed site and context or a full existing architectural survey will be completed - depending on project and records available SCHEMATIC DESIGN Preparation of sketch drawings that respond to the project brief. New project ideas will be explored and the brief will be developed & refined further. The outcome will be a functional set of sketch plans CONCEPT DESIGN Produce a visual document that explores the project s Look and Feel, Material and Colour Palette. This will inform the overall design style, aesthetic and direction 3D DESIGN & SKETCH MODELLING Produce a 3D model of proposed project allowing client to walk through the design and experience the space - visualise the materiality, layout, scale and functionality DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Produce a conceptual drawing set from the projects 3D model (plans, elevations, sections, views etc) and a visual document with the selected finishes, materials, colours, features, tapware and fittings (project dependent)

STAGE 2 : INTERIOR DOCUMENTATION & SPECIFICATION STAGE 1 : INTERIOR DESIGN & 3D SKETCH MODEL STAGE 2 : INTERIOR DOCUMENTATION & SPECIFICATION A full project document set will be provided that includes detailed drawings, specification and schedules sufficient for construction. The Architectural CAD Drawing Package will include: IA-200 Series -General Arrangement Plan IA-400 Series - Detailed Finishes Plan IA-500 Series - General Furniture Plan IA-700 Series - Elevation Drawings IA-800 Series - Additional detailed drawings IA-900 - Custom Cabinetry Design (kitchen,pantry, laundry, bedroom furniture and additional) IA-950 Series - Wet Areas Drawings IA-201 Finishes Specification & Schedule (paint, ceilings, walls,floors, etc) IA-202 Tapware, Sanitaryware, Fittings & Equipment Specification & Schedule
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICEs We will take the hassle out of your renovation. We work with a select group of skilled trades and subcontractors. The design, project management and construction teams collaborate at every stage of the process to deliver the best possible build. The project management stages are listed on the following page.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT STAGES PROJECT COST ESTIMATE Provide a prelininary cost estimate for the scope of works PROJECT PROGRAMME Develop a project programme and arrange scheduling SOURCING & APPOINTMENT OF TRADES DESIGN SERVICES PROJECT PROCUREMENT Sourcing, ordering and procurement of finishes, fittings and equipment SITE COMPLETION CONSTRUCTION & COST TRACKING Detailed construction costing and tracking of onsite costs, variations and negotiations ONSITE MANAGEMENT Onsite management and coordination of trades and subcontractors. Regular progress reporting to client as required. DESIGN DETAILING & CONSTRUCTION QUALITY REVIEW Inspections of work completed against design specification. Defects inspection -final quality control & follow up with trades

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILTY OUR TEAM LARA STAUNTON Creative Director KERRY SMART Commercial Director CLAUDIA AMARA Junior Designer Bach AppSc Interior Architecture (Hons) BComm (Finance) Bach AppSc Interior Architecture (Hons) Lara has over 7 years industry experience in London and Australia. She is a skilled and extremely passionate Interior Architect with experience in a number of design sectors including high-end residential, commercial & hospitality, and community projects. In London, Lara worked at a boutique interior architecture firm focused primarily on high-end residential interiors. She spent two years at MONO in Perth focusing on interior fit-outs in the commercial and hospitality sector. Since 2013, Lara has been the Creative Director at LAHAUS Pty Ltd. Lara s designs are focused on contemporary functionality. She is an advocate for considered design and aspires to design timeless environments from an aesthetics point of view as well as the experience of inhabiting the spaces. Her design philosophy is focused around creating calm environments and feelgood spaces that are inspired by the natural environment. Lara is committed to innovative design practices that are socially, culturally & historically responsible as well as sustainably independent. Kerry is a graduate of the University of Western Australia, with over 10 years of capital markets experience in Canada and Australia. Kerry previously worked in investment banking, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising within the resources sector. Kerry also has Australian business development experience, having worked in a Perth based mining company with producing assets in Africa. Kerry is currently the Commercial Director at LAHAUS Pty Ltd., where she is enjoying applying her business knowledge to a highly creative environment. Claudia is a young designer who has been at LAHAUS for 12 months completing work experience and working after graduating from Curtin University in 2016. She has completed extensive undergraduate research in her honours thesis looking at how technology of the future will impact how people use and interpret space. She is passionate about design and believes that it is an extremely important tool in creating innovative interiors which inspire connections between people and their surroundings.
