WATER-DROP VIDEOS Short informative Video clips (3min) from project pilot sites in Italy, Palestine, Jordan and Lebanon have been realized during the second year of the project and widely diffused. The videos, in english, describing pilot site actions and situation, diffusing project activities and including relevant interviews with local actors and stakeholders, in local languages undertitled in english. WaterDROP Communication Plan has been elaborated, shared among all partners and approved by the ENPI CBCMED officers at the begining of the project. Water-DROP communication team has been established with the participation of all project partners and associated partners. Project graphic line has been realized and designed in English by ENEA and disseminated among all partners (project logo, word and ppt. templates, folders, covers, head letter). All Water-Drop communication and dissemination material correlated with appropriate logos from EU commission and ENPI program, was produced and printed initially in English by ENEA but later translated in Arabic and Spanish by project partners as follows: ENEA printed 500 Water-Drop brochures/ informative leaflets in english, PHG (Xcopies), PDA 1000 brochures/leaflets in english and 1500 in arabic, IUCN printed 50 brochures/leaflets in arabic and 50 in English, ACPP has translated the brochure in spanish (x copies), CNRS in Arabic (x copies). During the project, also scientific posters and roll-ups were realized to increase project visibility during meetings, workshops, seminars and conference: 1 poster and 1 roll-up in english were realized by ENEA, 2 roll-ups in arabic realized by IUCN, 3 roll-ups in english by PDA, 1 roll-up in english by PHG. Water-Drop project visibility gadgets, marked correctly with project and programme official logos, were produced by several project partners: 1000 pens and 1000 keychains (PDA), 200 bags (IUCN), 200 USP cards (ENEA) have been designed, printed and are continuisly distributed by all partners during meetings and public events. With the support of all project partners, 3 different E-newsletters have been developed and issued every six months describing on-going project activities as foreseen by the initial communication plan. The e-newsletters were sent by each partner to different networks for wide diffusion and are always available on the project website for public consultation. The E- newsletters sent by email by ENEA reached out more than 1000 contacts (400 female, 600 male) including ENPI networks, Universities, national and international stakeholders and policymaking institutions. Many press releases and publications have been issued during the first year of activities by all partners.
