RULES 1. Exhibits may be staged on the evening prior to the show from 6-8.30pm. All exhibits must be staged by 9.30am sharp on the day of the show. 2. Judging will commence at 9.45am sharp. 3. Exhibits may not be removed from the tent before 5pm 4. Exhibitors are requested to send in their entries at the earliest possible moment. Entries cannot be accepted after Wednesday 18 th July. 5. The Committee reserves the right to cancel any class and to exclude any exhibit not considered fit for exhibition. The judges decision will be final 6. The Committee will not be responsible for any physical accident, no matter how caused. 8. Exhibitors will not be permitted in the tent during judging a whistle will be blown at 9.30am when exhibitors and their assistant (other than those who are officials or Judges) must leave the marquee. 9. No exhibit may be handled by the public. 10. The Committee will take every possible care of the exhibits but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. 11. All entries must be entered on the attached official entry form or by email. 12. Exhibitors are asked to collect their entries immediately after the closing time of the show, Saturday 21 st July. In the event of the exhibitors leaving or losing their receptacles they are asked to contact the Secretary at the earliest possible moment after the show. 13. Prize money will be available for collection from the Treasurer after Prize Giving. 14. All prizes not claimed on show day will be put to show funds. 15. Special prizes, cups and trophies will be presented at 4.30pm. 16. All cups to be returned to the Secretary one month before the next show. Protests All protests must be delivered to the Secretary of the show not later than 3pm on the day of the show. A deposit of 1 will be required with each protest, which sum will be forfeited if, in the opinion of the Committee, such protest is considered to have been without foundation. The decision of the Judges in all cases shall be final, subject to the right of the Committee of the Show to deal with all protests.
