When this alarm is received from a Node and it indicates that the operative state of the Node has changed to Unavailable: Check device network connectivity Check the device's network connectivity to the ARM Configurator When the alarm indicates that the operative state of the Node has changed to Logout: Check the configuration of the device's ARM service. When the alarm indicates that the operative state of the Node has changed to Unrouteable: Check the device's network connectivity to the ARM routers Check the routers' status and availability Version 8.0 9 ARM
Alarms Table 2-2: Operation Status Changed [Peer Connection] The operative state of Peer Connection #elementname has changed to #status. 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.9.70.1.2.2.0.1 acarmoperationstatuschanged Operation Status Changed Communications Alarm ElementType#ElementName/SubElementType#SubElementName Communications Subsystem Failure The alarm will be cleared once the status will be changed back to available. When this alarm is received from a Peer Connection and it indicates that the operative state of the Peer Connection has changed to Unavailable: Check the configuration of the related IPGroup in the specific device. Check the device's network connectivity to the configured Proxy IP associated with that IP Group. When the alarm indicates that the operative state of the Peer Connection has changed to Predeleted: Check that the configuration of the IP Group coincides with those configured in the ARM Configurator. Pay special attention to IPGroup Name and to parameter 'Used By Routing Server'. Table 2-3: Operation Status Changed [Router] The operative state of Router #elementname has changed to #status. When this alarm is received from a Router and it indicates that the operative state of the Router has changed to Unavailable: Check the routers' status and availability. When this alarm is received from an LDAP server and it indicates that the operative state of the LDAP server has changed to Unavailable: Check the LDAP server's network connectivity. Validate its credentials. Table 2-5: Configuration Inconsistency A configuration inconsistency was found with #SubElementType #SubElementName associated with #elementtype #elementname. 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.9.70.1.2.1.0.1 - acarmconfigurationinconsistency Configuration Inconsistency Processing Error Alarm ElementType#ElementName/SubElementType#SubElementName Configuration or Customization Error Indeterminate ARM database was synchronized to the nodes configuration #SubElementType can be Peer Connection or Routing Interface. Connect to the device (SBC, gateway, etc.) and correct the configuration. Take into account that this alarm can also be generated if the Peer Connection SIP interface is by accident removed - or the name of the SIP interface or IP Group related to the ARM network element is changed.
