In today's technology, heat recovery air-conditioning units are mechanical air conditioning units designed to produce high quality internal air in closed volumes while providing energy saving. Advantages These units work with the principle of adding energy within the air exhausted from the environment to the fresh air given to the environment by using internal air-to-air heat recovery plate exchangers. Thus, they allow for having high amount of energy savings. Today, heat recovery air-conditioning units are used in summer, winter and mid-seasons, through 12 months of the year, to meet the fresh air demand required to enhance the internal air quality within closed volumes while saving from energy costs. Especially in industrial and commercial air-conditioning applications, they provide important conveniences and wide range of deployment options. They contribute a lot to the business economics via highly efficient heat exchangers having high heat transfer capacities. In terms of deployment areas, they address multi functional buildings. For instance; they can address residence applications, office buildings, financial centres, chain stores, supermarkets, hospitals, shopping malls, schools, sport halls and restaurants. Features and usage advantages of VENTASTAR heat recovery air conditioning unit: Provides ease of operation and maintenance due to compact and slim design. Provides high quality indoor air with G4-class synthetic fiber. Enables excellent heat and sound insulation with specially insulated internal surface. In radial-fan types, it offers 3-stage operating capacity with direct coupled fans or proportional operating capacity. In plug-fan types, it offers proportional (no stage) operating capacity with direct coupled fans. With its specially designed electronic card control, fresh air supply and exhaust fans can be driven independently, hence, VENTASTAR heat recovery air-conditioning unit can provide positive or negative pressure operation in concerned volume. It has quality-safety certificates: CE, TSEK, ISO 001 and GOST-R. It provides heat recovery with high efficiency and capacity by using cross-flow aluminium plate heat exchangers with high thermal conductivity and performance. www.ventas.com.tr VENTASTAR Heat Recovery Air Conditioning Units Electronic Board Features VENTASTAR heat recovery air conditioning units are controlled with a standard electronic board and a wired room control device. Ventastar heat recovery air conditioning units have 2 different control options according to their functional features. These options are presented as VENTASTAR BASIC and VENTASTAR PRO models. Wired room control device has the functions to turn the unit on and off, to control fresh air and exhaust fans separately as proportional or 3 stage speeds according to fan type (plug or radial), to optionally connect to duct type electrical heater or duct type hydrous coil staged control functions, and to connect to central automation system (BMS) or VRV/VRF system. It can also display status and error information just like an air handling unit automation. Heat Recovery Units Optional Accessories Duct Type Silencers VENTAS duct type silencers are produced in two different models: VDS model for circular duct system and VDKS model for rectangular duct system. Production of all silencers are performed according to international standards, sizes, coulisse numbers. Circular silencers are produced in standard circular duct sections, whereas rectangular duct type silencers can be produced according to the required sizes of the project. All models are appropriate for fast and easy assembly to the existing duct system with minimum air leakage. For sound isolation, glass wool is used as our standard production and optionally rock wool can be used. Duct Type Electric Heater VENTASTAR KTE duct type electric heaters are produced according to EMC 8/336/EEC directives, as per EN 55014-1, EN 61000-3-2/3-3 standards with EMC tests done. They are produced in standard circular duct section sizes as monophase and triphase. Duct type electric heaters have two emergency thermostats for excessive-temperature cut out. VENTASTAR heat recovery air conditioning units can be controlled automatically with an electronic card or manually on the device. Duct Type Heater Or Cooler Hydrous Coil VENTASTAR KSB duct type hydrous coil are produced both in rectangular and circularduct sections in standard capacities, whereas different project based capacities can be produced upon request. Duct type hydrous coil units are designed in order to be deployed easily in suspended ceiling, to be directly applied into the blowing entrances of heat-recovery units and to provide easy installation and maintenance. External Air Bypass Connection Kit Heat-recovery air conditioning units provides energy saving by means of the heat transfer between the warm and cold phases of plate exchanger. Especially in mid-seasons (spring and autumn) or in morning and evening hours, the external air temperature gets closer to the internal ambient temperature. In order to use the fresh air more efficiently (in order to remove the exchanger pressure fail), the plate exchanger can be bypassed. Besides, in warm mid seasons, if the external air temperature reduces below the internal air temperature, the plate exchanger is bypassed in order to benefit from this air to cool indoor air. With the by-pass kit, external air temperature is controlled by the electronic card automatically, and the external air is blown inside bypassing the plate exchanger when needed.
