The Working Group of the European Landscape Convention on Landscape and democracy, at its 2 nd Meeting (Cf. Report CEP-CDCPP-WG (2016) 6E), considered the following. Conferences of the Council of Europe on the European Landscape Convention: Considering the large number of non-governmental organisations working on landscape issues, only the international and European NGOs, representative of a significant number of countries, and whose themes relate to the European Landscape Convention work programme, will be invited to participate in the Conferences, as observers; Meetings of the workshops of the Council of Europe: International, European and national NGOs will continue to be invited to participate in the Meetings of the workshops. The Working Group requested the Secretariat to kindly complete the working document with the missing information for the next meeting, and create a template to gather information that the international and European NGOs will be asked to provide. * The Working Group is invited to consider the following elements: 1.
