ULTRASONIC WASHERS Designed for washing plastic crates, trays and boxes for the food and beverage industries, Unitech s range of soak washers can be split into ultrasonic and turbo models. Ultrasonic waves at 30,000 Hz scour the surface of the product whilst immersed in a hot detergent soak tank. Removes all soiling including blind spots, corners and abrasions. Allied with jetting or turbo actions removes the most stubborn soils. Models capable of cleaning over 6,000 crates per hour. Shackle washers available. All stainless steel construction.
