Through the condensation of water vapour contained in flue gas, additional heat is released which is returned to the heating system. In Germany alone, there are still around two million heating systems in use today which are more than 25 years old. Their owners are often completely unaware of how much money they are wasting unnecessarily on energy, which is pointlessly burned up and goes out of the chimney as unused heat. System technology Connectivity ll wall mounted and floorstanding gas condensing boilers in the 300 series are fitted with the Vitotronic control unit and colour touchscreen controls. Extensive automatic configuration is available on all system components, with the aid of the coissioning wizard. The energy cockpit is a visual representation of energy consumption (gas/electricity), solar yields and DHW stratification in the system's cylinders.

The screen measures almost 13 centimetres diagonally, providing a large, clear display for the energy cockpit that keeps users updated on yields and consumption. It also shows the solar yield via the SM1 solar control module if a solar thermal system is connected; alternatively the gas consumption for central heating and DHW. Furthermore, the level to which the DHW cylinder is currently heated up is also clearly indicated. histogram can show all these values by day, week, month or year. The Vitosorp 200-F gas adsorption heating appliance combines the benefits of heating with gas and those of utilising natural heat. 16/17 Flexible utilisation of thermal energy from the environment The special design of the Vitosorp 200-F allows flexible and affordable utilisation of geothermal or solar thermal energy. Solar collectors, geothermal collectors or geothermal cages are available for new build. In existing buildings, the solar collectors already installed can be used as a primary source. vertical, 60 metre deep geothermal probe would be a space saving geothermal solution. Ideal for modern living The Vitosorp 200-F is designed to meet the heat demand of detached houses. It is particularly efficient in new build. The use of environmental energy ensures a secure supply for the future. This unit meets the stricter EnEV 2016 requirements [Germany] for new build. However, the Vitosorp 200-F is also an efficient solution for modernisation projects, as flow temperatures of up to 75 C are feasible (recoendation < 55 C). The Vitosorp 200-F can be used with solar collectors or geothermal probes, cages or collectors. Easy handling and installation save time and money. With its compact dimensions, a width of only 600 for example, the gas adsorption heating appliance fits snugly into the space of a standard kitchen unit (minimum ceiling height 2.20 metres). Low operating noise and the harmless combination of materials zeolite and water allow operation inside the living space.
