The specimens were conditioned for a minimum period of 48 hours prior to testing at 23 ± 2 C and 50 ± 5% RH, and until constant mass was achieved. 4 Date of Test The test was performed on 3 rd November 2015. 5 Test Procedure The test was performed in accordance with the procedures specified in ISO 11925-2 Reaction to fire tests- Ignitability of products subjected to Direct impingement of flame- Part 2- Single- flame source test and this report should be read in conjunction with this standard. Ignition source was applied for 30 seconds. 6 Test Results The test results relate only to the behavior of the specimens of the product under the particular conditions of test; they are not intended to the sole criterion for assessing the hazard of the product in use. The test results relate only to the specimens of the product in the form in which they were tested. Small differences in the composition or thickness of the product may significantly affect the performance during the test and will therefore invalidate the test results. The centre line of the joint was positioned a distance of 447 mm from the finished corner, measured when the wings were mounted ready for testing. Adjacent panels were butt-jointed. The vertical joint on the short wing and the corner joint were open / unprotected, i.e. they were not covered by a sealant or joint cover 2.3 Mounting The wings of the test specimen were loose laid against12.5 mm-thick, 870 kg/m³ calcium silicate board. 3 Conditioning of Specimens The specimens were conditioned as required by the test standard. 4 Date of Test The test was performed on 2 nd November 2015. The fire growth rate indices are calculated only for that part of the exposure period in which the threshold levels for RHRav(t) and THR have been exceeded. If one or both threshold values are not exceeded during the exposure period, FIGRA is equal to zero. The threshold value used for RHRav(t) is 3kW. Two different THR threshold values are used, resulting in FIGRA 0.2MJ and FIGRA 0.4MJ. Values of THR600s and TSP600s refer to a time of 600s after the flame has been applied to the specimen. This is 300s after the start of the test, and therefore represents a time of 900s in the graphs presented below.
