This project shall consist of Bismarck High School Commons furniture bid. B. Bids are due on November 30, 2018 at 1:00 pm local time. C. Delivery shall be after April 1, 2019 and no later than April 30, 2019. D. FOB: all costs associated with shipping and handling shall be the responsibility of the bidder. E. All deliveries shall be to Bismarck High School (800 N 8 th St). CONTRACTOR S LICENSE AND INSURANCE COORDINATION: The bidder shall provide adequate proof of licensure and insurance. The bidder shall coordinate all aspects of the project with the Assistant Director of Facilities (or his designee). Contact: Jason Mittlestadt, Assistant Director of Facilities, 701-323-4501. COLOR DECISIONS: All colors of furniture and equipment shall be by the owner after the bid is awarded to the successful bidder. Color selections will be determined before the bid if color affects the bid price of the item specified. INSTALLATION AND SETUP: All furniture and equipment shall be assembled and delivered to the location as determined by the owner s designee at no charge. APPROVAL OF SUBSTITUTIONS Request for approval of substitutions must be on the forms supplied in this document. Use separate forms for each requested substitution (make copies as necessary). In addition, provide drawings, specification and warranty information for each item requested for substitution. All substitutions are due, on the forms supplied, by November 27, 2018. Companies will be notified by November 28, 2018 on a determination if the substitution will be allowed. END OF DESCRIPTION OF WORK Description of Work

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Bismarck High School Commons Phase I Furniture Project, Bismarck ND will be received in the Bismarck Public Schools Facilities and Transportation Office, located at 705 South 9th Street, Bismarck, ND, until November 30, 2018 at 1:00 PM local time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids received after the scheduled time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A copy of the bid document including specifications and drawings is available at 705 South 9th Street, Bismarck, by calling 701-323-4503 or on our website at www.bismarckschools.org. Each bid shall be submitted in duplicated copy and enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope upon which there is disclosed the necessary information as required by the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of Thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof.
