Answer the survey questions focusing on just the specific blockface, referring to this booklet for definitions (i.e. what constitutes poor quality vs good quality). At the bottom of the survey, please attach a photo of the block. If there is anything, good or bad, that stands out to you on the block, make a note of it in the additional comments section. Once you hit submit, Survey will redirect you to a page indicating that your response was submitted successfully. There will also be a hyperlink to click here to submit again. Click the submit again link to be taken back to a new survey form and continue on to the next block. *If you encounter a block heavily under construction (so much so that it is changing the appearance and/or character of the block or is otherwise masked by scaffolding), skip all of the survey questions, write construction in the comment box, and then submit.*
