Product Safety in Refrigerated Areas with ThermoControl Far-reaching measurement and monitoring system: The ThermoControl system monitors and records temperatures of any number of devices, even in far-away places. Wide measurement range: The sensors cover a measurement range of -200 C to +200 C to allow monitoring even of -70 C freezers or N2 boxes. Highly complex monitoring systems with several hundred controllers, sensor or signal modules are possible. Simple data retrieval: All collected data are visible worldwide thanks to the intercontinental network. Access to the data and configuration of all parameters is possible from any PC and with any browser. No additional software is necessary. Flexible alarms: Different emergency plans, time sequences and recipients can be defined in case of a limit deviation. Alarm notification by audible signal, cell phone, e-mail or text message is built in. Telephone dialing, burglar alarm systems and visual warnings can easily be connected via a relay. Auto reporting (work in progress): Reports can be accessed anywhere and at any time by Internet browsers and/or transmitted automatically by e-mail at predefined times. System Configuration and Functional Principle Available worldwide and upgradeable The temperatures can be accessed by any browser. The system can be accessed by any number of users and includes convenient alarm and reporting functions. ThermoControl can be easily installed in your company network and upgraded with any number of devices. It can also be incorporated into existing burglar alarm systems. Easy Data Retrieval by Internet Browser Clear layout: The application s main window displays the temperatures of all monitored devices, including the current measured values (value), limit values (min/max), and information about alarms. Simple basic functions: Interrupt alarm, disable silent alarm, device set-up, temperature trends in graph form, device position (if picture is added) and refresh data. Main window based on the example of a cooling system Instant Recognition of Emergencies Extensive alarm functions: Rapid identification of devices in critical states thanks to color-coded display. The color of the device in question turns red in case of emergency. Additionally displayed: name of alarm group to which device is assigned, time of incident, description of alarm stage and time of activation, list of alarm devices activated when alarm was triggered. Disable alarm (silent alarm): The OFF button disables the alarm for a preset time. Users with the necessary authorization can disable the alarms for longer periods in the edit mode, e.g. to defrost a refrigeration device for maintenance. Alarm display with detailed information

Compact Components: Minimum Dimensions, Maximum Benefit Data storage in the temperature controller: The controller periodically reads out the current temperatures of the attached Pt100 modules and collects all information about the devices (names, limits, etc.) The server connected via the network collects and saves the data and reacts to alarms and notifications from all controllers. I/O & signal module: The I/O & signal module can display an emergency via a red flashing LED and via an 80 dba pulsating 3kHz signal. Temperature controller with TCP/IP connection (RJ45) and four sockets (RJ12) for Pt100 and signal module buses Pt100 module: The Pt100 module is installed close to the device to be monitored and has an unique address in the module bus system which allows it to be identified in the local network.
