Page 2 Safety Information Do not unplug the appliance by pulling on the power cable: grip the plug and not the cable. Do not touch the cable or the appliance with wet hands. If your appliance has a cable rewind, always hold the plug while rewinding the cable. Do not let the cable flap around as you rewind. Attachments, hoses and floor attachments must not be used at head height as there is a risk of injury to eyes or ears. Always keep hair, clothing, fingers and all other body parts well away from openings and moving parts. Set the switch to OFF after use. Take special care when cleaning stairs When using this appliance with an accessory always remove the plug from the electric socket before attaching any rotating brush. In any case, never touch the rotating brush while it is operating. Do not pass attachments over the appliance power cable or any extension lead. Do not clean up sharp objects. Always switch off the appliance before fitting or removing the hose. The poles in the plug and the contacts in the power socket must never come into contact with water. These parts can only be wiped clean with a dry cloth and must not be allowed to come into contact with moisture. Danger of electric shock. Only wipe the appliance clean with a dry (or very slightly damp) cloth while it is unplugged. Never place the appliance in water. Never clean up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, hot ash, etc.
Page 3 Never use the vacuum cleaner to clean up flammable or combustible liquids such as petrol and never use the appliance in areas where the fumes of such liquids might be present. Never place any items in the appliance openings. Never use the vacuum cleaner with openings blocked in any way; keep them free from dust, fluff, hair and anything else that might reduce air flow. Do not clean up toner powder. The toner used in printers and copiers can conduct electricity. Do not use the vacuum cleaner without a dust bag and/or without the filters in place. Dust bags need to be disposed of and can be used only once. Do not try to re-use them If your vacuum cleaner has a blower function, do not use it to operate paint spraying or other similar equipment that emits volatile or toxic fumes.

Page 11 Troubleshooting and Repair Guide Brush bar & Belt Fault Repair Guide Put the suction unit in a horizontal position in line with the electric brush. Screws Undo 3 screws from the base & remove the base or sole plate. Change the brush bar and the belt if required.
Page 12 Brush bar Motor Fault Repair Guide Screws Put the suction unit in a horizontal position in line with the electric brush. Undo 4 screws from the base. Now you can open the Top cover as shown and remove the brush bar motor after disconnecting the electrical connections. Note- Always Switch off and unplug the m/c bfore conducting maintenance
Page 13 Main Motor Fault Repair Guide Screws Remove the hatch and undo two screws as shown Screws Now remove two screws located at the front of the machine
Page 14 After removing 4 screws the bottom part of the machine will separate easily and you can see the location of the main motor. Now take the motor out from its housing & replace with new one after disconnecting two cables Note- Always Switch off and unplug the m/c bfore conducting maintenance
