EURO Addendum VERSION 7.1 - New Features: Version 7.1 software is now available for the Euro 46, 76, 162, and 280. New Input Types: Input Type 29: Interior: This will work the same as an Intruder type input, the only difference is that when CID reporting is programmed then any inputs that are programmed as Interior will report CID event 132. Input Type: 32: Flood: This input type will work as a 24 hr input, any inputs that are programmed for Flood will activate the external siren and will report CID event 113. Input Type: 40: Perimeter: This will work the same as an Intruder type input, the only difference is that when CID reporting is programmed then any inputs that are programmed as Perimeter will report CID event 131. Input Type: 41: Keybox: This input type will work similar to a switcher input, it does not trigger an alarm but will report CID event 250 and is also a useful input type when an output is required to to follow the Keybox type input. Input Type: 42: Medical: This is a 24 Hr type input it will activate the external sounder and report a CID event 100. New type added to Follow Input output. There is now a new addition to the Follow Input output type called Code Reset. This output will activate when the chosen input opens, and will only turn off on the entry of a valid code. Communicator Formats There are three new communicating protocols, Scope pager, Webwayone, and Chiron. This now alters how all the communicating protocols are mapped: [000] Fast 4.8.1 [004] Rs232 Tx [130] Contact ID [001] Fast 6.8.1 [005] Scope Pager [133] SMS Message [002] Fast 4.16.1 [128] SIA Level 1 [141] WebWayOne [003] Fast 6.16.1 [129] SIA 3 [142] Chiron Content Types (Contact ID, SIA and SMS) System set by autoset has now been moved from content type 1 to content type 2. EURO Addendum VERSION 7 - New Features: Version 7 software is now available for the Euro 44, 76 and 280. New Input Types: Input type 22 Input Line Fail: Active when input is triggered. Will give a line fault alarm, and will signal telecom line fault CID/SIA events on expiry of line fault timer. Works in conjunction with CCTV input type. Input type 39 CCTV: Active at all times. No audible or communicator response If the input line fail is active, the system will signal CID/SIA events for any CCTV inputs that are triggered. New Output Type: 0210 Fire Reset A (As 0010 for Area A / Level set A events only) New Programming Features: Assign Keypads/Readers->Readers->Entry Control: Used to lock/unlock doors. The external or internal reader can have maglocks connected to them. This option is used in conjunction with tag opens doors below. See the next page for installation details. Site Options->Tag Opens Doors: Used in conjunction with Entry Control in Assign Keypads/Readers. If set to No any reader assigned for entry control will arm/disarm as normal, and any doors on the system are open when the system is unset. If set Yes the readers control the arming/disarming and doors Site Options->Simple Set: Enables the simple set functionality which allows a user to set the system by pressing the key and the level set. (NOT UK COMPLIANT) Change Timers->Service Time: This is a timer that can be set in days, and will display a message to the user warning that a service is due. An engineer code will clear the message Predictive Text: The Euro system incorporates predictive text, so the system will predict that word is being spelt. For example, if you enter B and press the key and enter e. Bedroom will automatically be displayed, to accept press or if this isn t the word you require just type the rest of the word as you normally would and then press the key. RINS1300-2
