A declaration of CE conformity from the manufacturer. 2. An electrical safety test (with report) on the unit 1. 3. On-site acceptance test procedures & results. 4. Two copies of the service manual. 5. Two copies of the user s manual. 1 Note that the electrical safety test must be compliant to IEC/EN 60601-1 or later. The test s report must be accompanied by the calibration certificate of the corresponding Electrical Safety Tester. The calibration period on the certificate must cover the date when the test was performed on the unit in question. Note also that any repairs carried out on the unit while it is covered by warranty or service contract must also be accompanied by an electrical safety test.
If the Electrical Safety Tester is re-calibrated, a copy of the new certificate must be provided with the next test report supplied. Note also that service training for a Saint James In-house Engineer must be included in the offer.
