HSGW Series - Home Smart Gateway Series HSGW Series is a ZigBee smart home gateway, designed for you to manage and control your home in more safe, intelligent and convenient way. Integrating with outstanding features of security alarm, emergency monitoring, home automation, lighting control, and energy management, HSGW series improves home safety and further facilitates home management. HSGW offers 60 wireless zones to protect your house. Sensors can be set to different attributes for different applications and needs. Working with Smoke Detector, Water Sensor, Carbon Monoxide Detector, Heat Detector and sensors with 24-hour monitoring attributes, HSGW series secures your safety against any potential danger and further protects your properties from any damage caused by smoke, fire, water, carbon monoxide or any alarm event. With serial connected notification feature, HSGW can command all devices with built-in sirens to sound whenever any alarm is triggered. It gives a timely alarm alert to reminding you to take an immediate action. This solution accurately informs you of the conditions of lighting, temperature, humidity and power consumption at home and helps you form the most efficient plan to manage your house. This system is viewable at a glance and accessible with a simple click. Working with Home Portal server, you can directly monitor and control your protected area through one touchscreen, such as iphones, Android phones or ipad. It gives you visibility and control to take the security with you wherever you go. Six HSGW models are offered to cover different needs of connectivity. Models that are compatible with Climax s ZigBee devices have their model names end with ZB, whereas models that work with ZigBee devices from other manufacturers have their model names end with ZBS. With the serial connected notification feature, HSGW series is able to command all detectors with built-in sirens to sound alarm warning beeps whenever any emergency alarm is triggered. The serial connected notification feature ensures people in every corner of protected area are aware of an emergency event and take an immediate action to secure themselves from any danger. HSGW offers the flexibility to support Climax ZigBee devices and Z-Wave devices from Climax or other manufactures. For example, you can set the lighting to be turned ON/OFF at a preset schedule to pretend you are at home while you are away on vacation. Energy-saving devices are integrated into HSGW for efficent energy management Smart Energy Management HSGW series can work with Power Metering Switch, Power Switch and Dimmer Switch to help you control or monitor the power consumption of the house lighting system and other home appliances. Besides, HSGW series can work with Temperature Sensor or Temperature and Humidity Sensor to measure the temperature in your home. In addition, a thermostat and other Z-Wave devices can be incorporated into the Gateway to operate home appliance through temperature control. This extended energy management network will help you reduce the electricity bill intelligently.
Compatible with Z-Wave Devices Via a Z-Wave USB dongle, HSGW can connect with Z-Wave devices from Climax or other manufacturers. It strengthens and expands both the home automation and energy management functionalities of HSGW. Creating a More Pleasant Atmosphere HSGW series can work with Climax dimmer switches to enhance the beauty of home environment. In conjunction with dimmer devices, HSGW series enables users to control their home lighting at certain levels or conditions to make home a more pleasant place to live.
