Best results gives firing of straw with humidity up to 15 % (12 15 MJ/kg). Standard equipment of the hot generator is: one or two-chambers body, water exchanger (combustion chamber cooling with preliminary heating of inlet air at the same time), flue gas air exchanger, control system, combustion chambers` fans, main blowing fan of the generator. While the temperature of the generator decreases due to end phase of combusting fuel, oil burner starts work that secures the continuity of heating. NEWNESS! BIO-PAL Air HEPTA is an extension of the offer of heating devices designed for use with highperformance dryers. It is a waterless device, which is of great importance in the case of mounting it on the outside of the building or work in intermittent cycles in the autumn and winter. BIO-PAL Air HEPTA is available in capacities from 1MW to 3MW. It has one long combustion chamber, enabling collaboration with external oil or gas burner. Used in the heater combustion method cigar makes this unit can operate in continuous mode, continuously providing hot air at temperatures up to 110 C for drying. Heater s work controls freely programmable controller. Its use allows an almost unlimited ability to configure accessories, cooperation with gas and oil burners, heaters joining in cascade, remote access to the parameters and monitoring of work. Standard equipment of hot air heater BIOPAL Air HEPTA is single-chamber waterless body with a combustion chamber lined with ceramic, flue gas-air exchanger, the control system of freely programmable controller, blowing fans for the combustion chamber and technoligical air fan for the dryer. Hot air generator is used in conjunction with large dryers of grain, herbs, wood, sawdust, etc. It is adapted to operate with all dryers available on the Polish market - both existing and new built.

It has significant meaning in case of mounting the device outsider and when the device is working in intermittent cycles during autumn and winter. The generator is made of cylindrical combustion chamber, which gives a better, regular heat reception. In the chamber there is a burner designed for eco-pea, fine coal and wood pellets firing. Fuel is fed on the burner with a screw feeder (regular fed of fuel in the time unit). On the furnace there is minimum, necessary amount of fuel, which guarantee better work modulation, lower inertness, more accurate control of parameters and faster reaction on changing conditions. Hot air is supplied to the dryers through a fan selected proportionally to the generator s power and the dryer s request. The work of the device is controlled by freely programmable controller equipped in PID algorithm. As a replacement fuel pieced wood and rootstocks can be used. The construction of the boiler allows to load to the combustion chamber cubes or bales of straw and using of counter-current combustion system. The boiler is equipped in a fan, which gives the primary air to the combustion chamber and secondary air the inner zone of the combustion chamber. New in the offer of BIO-PAL M boilers is an option of automatic ash removal system. Principle of operation is to take the ash in the points of its extraction, its removal to the ash box and further transport outside the boiler room. Combustion in BIO-PAL M boilers takes place in layers from the top to the bottom as a result of multi-feed of primary air to the combustion chamber. In the reverse chamber, with using of secondary air combustion of gases takes place. To reach optimum parameters boiler s work is controlled by a controller, that regulates air flow depending on flue gas and water temperature. Thanks to such solutions controlling of the boilers is adapted to individual needs of each user. Ensuring continuity of supply of thermal energy is carried out by using so called cumulative tank. Such tank cumulates the energy surplus during boiler work. This energy surplus is later given to the installation during breaks in boiler work. The scope of power 40-3000kW allows to apply the boiler in small boiler rooms on farms, one-family houses and on poultry farms, in gardening and big housing estate boiler rooms. BIO-PAL M boilers were tested according to efficiency and ecological neutrality. Boiler rooms fired with biomass are ecological. Handling comes down to refuel in the tray and periodic removal of ash. Best energetic and exploitation results gives using of good quality fuel, so called eco-pea with calorific value about 27.000 kj/kg. Boilers construction and wide variety of powers describes their destination heating investments with the possibility of configuration - connecting units in cascade. Boiler body is made of furnace and convection part. Furnace has got innovative solution of combustion chamber, which in upper part has got a water screen in the form of vertical channels with wide surface (about 25% of the total surface) causing intense heat removal. Behind the furnace there is a convection part, which is two-way-smoke pipe exchanger with reverse chamber in the lower part and flue placed behind convection part.
