STEAM RECOMPRESSION Vapor recompression incorporated in our blowers increases the temperature of latent heat in the steam to render it usable for process duties requiring only a small fraction of the energy required to raise an equivalent amount of steam in a boiler. SOLVENT HANDLING Many organic solvents need to be recovered either due to their toxicity, flammability, or environmental impact. Our Dry vacuum pumping systems provide a green vehicle for doing so. Dry vacuum systems have no internal sealing liquid that could be contaminated by incoming solvents or contaminate the outgoing solvents that need to be recovered. VACUUM PUMPS FOR THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY Vacuum pumps play a vital role in the pharmaceutical industry for the manufacturing of bulk drugs, intermediate products or active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). DEGASSING Our Vacuum pumps are used for extraction of the unwanted gases from products. VACUUM DISTILLATION Vacuum pumps are used for removal of non-condensable, water and light solvents. CRYSTALLIZATION Vacuum pumps are used to control the evaporation and cooling rates at various pressure ranges. DRYING In order to prevent heat sensitive media from being thermally degraded, vacuum drying is used to maintain low temperatures. FREEZE DRYING An environment of reduced pressure while the product is maintained at sub ambient temperature promotes sublimation, converting the ice directly to water vapor. This allows drying while retaining the attributes of the frozen preparation. STERILIZATION Vacuum pump is used to evacuate the sterilization chamber and handle inert gases like Nitrogen and flammable gas ethylene oxide. WATER AND WASTEWATER Our rotary positive blowers and blower packages are ideal for a number of applications in the wastewater market. EXTRUDER DEGASSING Our vacuum pumps pull vacuum from extruder vents to enhance devolatilization efficiencies. Typical vacuum requirement for extruder degassing is 23 to 26 Hg. VACUUM SIZING TANK (CALIBRATION TABLE) After the extruder, plastic pipes/profiles pass to a vacuum sizing tank also known as a calibration table. Water is used continuously in a vacuum sizing tank for cooling and lubrication of the plastic profiles. Vacuum is used to improve the shape/profile of the plastics. A vacuum pump used in this step of the process must be capable of handling slugs of water. Our liquid ring vacuum pump is proven in this application.

PLASTIC RESINS AND COMPOUNDS PRODUCTION Vacuum pumps are used to pull the pressure off the reactors. This allows the plastic to expand in the vessel. Our liquid ring vacuum pumps have been used successfully in this application for many years. Our two-stage design achieves deeper vacuum. WIRE COATING Our liquid ring vacuum pumps are used to draw the air in the cross heads so the plastic or rubber melt can create a tight jacket around the wire. Typical vacuum requirement is 23 to 26 Hg. CORRUGATED PIPE MANUFACTURING A vacuum pump extracts the fumes or gases released from the melt. Oil sealed liquid ring or rotary vane vacuum pumps are often used in this application. Typical vacuum requirement is 21 to 24 Hg. PNEUMATIC CONVEYING s rotary positive displacement design provides constant flow irrespective of pressure.our blowers are used to move plastic pellets, flakes or chips in either vacuum or pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying in ranges from 17 Hg vac to 15 PSIG. VACUUM PACKAGING Vacuum pumps evacuate air and are also used to remove water vapor, fat and granular materials like seasonings. Food is placed inside a vacuum bag and loaded into a packaging chamber. Air is evacuated and the bag is heat-sealed. Our WVS/WVB pumps are widely used for this application. THERMOFORMING Heated plastic sheets are placed over a forming die to create a container. Once cooled, product is placed into these containers and evacuation by vacuum pump is used as the top film is heated and sealed to the container. BOTTLING Vacuum is used to equalize pressure and fluid movement in the bottling process. In the case of bottling consumable beverages, contaminants will also need to be removed through the use of vacuum pumps. PHARMACEUTICAL PACKAGING Vacuum pumps are used in the process of packaging pills in blister packs or Push-Through-Packs. SOLAR INDUSTRY 1st Generation Cell (Crystalline Silicon) Producing Polysilicon Producing Poly silicon Solar grade silicon is produced in the reactors using metallurgical grade silicon by means of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. The usage of a vacuum system is to evacuate the reactors prior to a chemical reaction taking place. Vacuum operating level for this application is anywhere from to 1 Torr. We can supply either booster/piston systems, booster/vane systems or booster/dry pumping systems. LANDFILL GAS APPLICATIONS As the waste in a landfill decomposes, a form of natural gas is created referred to as Landfill Gas, (LFG). LFG is a mixture of methane and carbon dioxide along with some other non-organic compounds. The gas is gathered primarily for odor control and to prevent it from going into the atmosphere using our mechanically sealed blowers WASTE OIL RECOVERY Our Vacuum Pumps are proven in this application for dehydration and for providing constant vacuum to the Process equipments leading to higher efficiency.

Dry Hook & Claw Vacuum Pumps (VCX Series) The VCX Series is constructed in modular construction of compartments. Pumping and gear chambers are separated by using labyrinth seals. As two Hook and claw rotate in opposite direction, the air will be sucked in the pumping chamber, compressed and discharged under pressure. In gear chamber, two gears for synchronizing of claws rotation will be placed with appropriate oil lubrication. A built-in anti-suck back valve installed in inlet flange will prevent the air from flowing back into the vacuum chamber when the pump is shutdown. The pumps are directly driven by a flanged motor via coupling.
