Four Mile Run Valley Area Plan Common Themes Create better public access to Four Mile Run; Foster the arts and create an official Arts District; Reflect industrial / warehouse character; Address parking: serve existing businesses, Jennie Dean Park and facilitate future vision/growth; Increase transportation circulation and safety (pedestrians, bikes); Maintain space for industrial businesses and County uses near I 395; Make improvements to building aesthetics (such as by painting); and Enhance natural areas. 12
