About Me The Edit s mission is to be the #1 go-to approachable source for interior design service in the North Thompson no matter the scale of the project. A classic, well curated space is the goal. I have a unique advantage over most designers having worked directly in Real Estate Sales for over 15 years. I have vast experience guiding clients through renovations to gain the best possible return on investment, to achieve the best use of their spaces, and selecting items for their homes that spark joy. I work with developers and builders to choose interior design schemes that are on trend to create excitement for sales in their projects & that offer long term appeal. When someone invites me into their home and they inevitably share parts of who they are, who their family is or what their homes and dreams are- I take that as an honor and I am so passionate about doing the best possible job for them. Creating a space for their family to spend time together, to entertain their friends, and for them to go out into the world feeling good is very important to me. I take the time to learn about them in order for ME to do the best job possible. I take inspiration from travel, digging into books-new and old- and from seeing a ton of homes each year. What I do HOME STAGING I help home sellers prepare their home for sale by offering skilled recommendations on what needs to be done to the home to help it appeal to the most likely amount of buyers, along with the most likely demographic for the area of the home. A sharply skilled staging eye can impact the marketability of the home on MLS. I also rent & install staging furniture & décor pieces. INTERIOR DESIGN I offer services from conceptualization to implementation of the design for residential spaces. I work within budget focusing always on value. INTERIOR DESIGN NEW CONSTRUCTION DESCRIPTION Design services begin before digging. The homes placement on the lot, amount of windows, doors, and functional living space are always considered. If a speculative build, finishings are selected based on the demographic for the area and price point. Keeping an eye on costs, I marry great value with even better design. 11

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING We had a lot of things go sideways during the renovation of an older home we bought to create 2 suites and flip, Sandra kept us calm thru the ups & downs & made sure that our investment didn t lack in cool factor while sticking to our very strict budget. Sandra staged a home I had listed for 4 months with no action, we had 2 offers in the next 2 weeks. Her experience in knowing what buyers are looking for, and where is where her skill really lies.
