Construction General Impacts and Mitigation Measures Landowners Immediately Adjacent to Project Site Provide landowners with safe access and use of rear yard. Appropriate notification to landowners regarding the details of construction (i.e., construction activities and duration). Provide contact information for landowners to communicate any potential comments or concerns during the construction period. Surrounding Neighborhood or Community Temporary disruption with construction trucks along Whites Road, Liverpool Road and Bayly Street. Appropriate public notification of potential temporary trail relocation or modifications required to ensure public safety during the construction period. Newsletter to inform the local community about the construction activities and details. Loss of vegetation Ensure the loss of vegetation is minimal. Implement tree protection measures. Replace any vegetation with native plantings. Vegetation removal may impact nesting birds Ensure no vegetation removal during May 1 to July 23 to avoid nesting period. Loss of Fish Habitat Avoid any potential impacts to fish habitat by ensuring construction does not occur between May 1 and July 15, adhering to the warm water fisheries window. Potential for sediment entry into Amberlea Creek Ensure appropriate sediment and erosion control measures are in place. Noise, dust, and vibration impacts during construction Use best management practices to suppress dust. Operate site in compliance with noise by law.
