La Paloma Greenhouse La Paloma Greenhouse, a division of ARCA, provides vocational training and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and cognitive disabilities. Since 1984, these programs have provided meaningful work in a hands on environment where participants learn vocational skills including planning, planting, growing, selling and distributing the finest plants and flowers. These skills foster greater independence, self-confidence and the joy and dignity of contributing to our community. Ordering Information Location 181 E.
