Introduction Welcome to Oxford Royale Academy, and to our 2013 Activities, Excursions and Events programme. This booklet presents just a few highlights of the action packed programme we have in store for you this summer. We have worked hard to create an exciting cultural and recreational programme to complement your studies and ensure you have as much fun as possible throughout your stay in Oxford. Our extra curricular programme grows each year and 2013 is set to offer more activities, excursions and social events than ever before! Activities range from visits to the University of Oxford s grand colleges, to tours around world class museums and playing sport and eating ice cream in the park. In the evening you can look forward to ghost tours, quiz nights and dance classes as you unwind with friends following your day of study. The programme is punctuated with three coach excursions to ensure that you can make the most of your visit to the UK by exploring Oxfordshire and beyond. Oxford is a truly fantastic place to spend the summer, and we hope that this year s programme offers an enjoyable insight into life and study in this culturally rich and vibrant city. We wish you an unforgettable stay with us. Essentials Welcome to Oxford Royale Academy and to this summer s Activities, Excursions and Events Programme.
