St. Armands Towers North Lobby & Hallway Design The Decorating Committee worked with Studio P Interior Design on our lobby and hallway designs. Our primary focus is to carry our building s iconic architectural details into the interior common areas and showcase the ocean views in the lobby through the use of a neutral color palette with minimal distractions and a blend of midcentury and transitional elements. Voting material is included in this mailing. If you are going to attend the Board meeting on March 12th at 4:00 pm, you can either bring your completed ballot with you or complete one at the meeting. If you are not going to attend, please complete the included Limited Proxy form and either deliver, email or mail it back to the office. Please call or email me if you have any questions.
