Dryer Lint Trap vacuum lint basket area & check for vent clogs when accessible. Washer Hoses--check hoses/connections Doors and Windows check hardware and seals. Garage Door(s)--test emergency return system, lube door parts--(no liquid lube on chains). Screen Door(s)--lube latch and hinges as needed. Hot Water Heater--test pressure release valve, check general condition. A/C Air Handler add bleach to condensation tube--(when fill port available). 2. EXTERIOR: Conduct house walk around checking for general condition and: (Report problems to Maintenance.) Mail Boxes check cleanliness/general condition, anchor/position, and remove mildew with a bleach solution Exterior Light Fixtures deterioration /corrosion/cleanliness Stucco Walls/Banding damage / cracks / mildew. Window Screens check proper fit and condition. All Exit and Garage Service Door(s)--rust, casing paint/deterioration, hardware, seals, windows and screens. Sidewalks / Driveway / Walkways check for unevenness, cracks, etc. A-1
Pests check for ant hills, armadillo holes. Soffit/Fascia/Gutters loose/missing nails or sagging soffit/fascia/gutters/roof edges. Hose Bibs check proper operation and general condition. 3. Document visit on PM Work Order and return W/O to the Services Desk. b. Initiate FOLLOW-UP work orders for unresolved problems. c.
