Excessive caulk around windows, mortar and brick repair, present separations from trim and walls. It is difficult to determine how old the movement was. Also, no fire screen or doors. The flu seems pretty built up with creosote, so I recommend cleaning. X K. Porches, Balconies, Decks, and Carports Materials: Stucco X L. Other II. Branch Circuits, Connected Devices, and Fixtures Type of wiring: Copper Fire alarms, smoke detectors type: Battery operated smoke alarm There should be a smoke detector in each bedroom and in the hallway outside of bedrooms. Several outlets are missing covers. The outside outlet by the garage was not working. Outside and garage outlets should be GFCI. Wires at porch fans not in junction box. III. HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS X A. Cooling Equipment Cooling Unit 1 Type of system: Central Air Conditioning System Air supply temp (degrees F): 74 Temperature differential: 9 degrees There is no secondary drip pan drain. There appears to be a sensor to shut down the unit in case of water, but there is also evidence water has been in the pan (rust). The drain line is taped rather than glued. Also, the differential in temperatures was very low. Outside unit needs leveled and appears too close to the electrical shut off. Duct System, Chases, and Vents IV. X A.
