This year we re returning to our roots a local community plant and gardening sale. Area plant professionals will offer a selection of annuals, perennials, containers, hanging baskets, succulents, shrubs and more for purchase. Plus, our Horticulture team will carefully select plants for sale tested right here at the Garden. Gardening supplies, landscape design services and limited handcrafted garden art will also be for sale. June 1 August 31 10 am 5 pm The Garden will debut its first butterfly house exhibit, Butterflies & Blooms, this year! This exhibit features a live butterfly experience highlighting native pollinators and the plants they love. Last summer s exhibit drew more than 70,900 visitors from June through August, representing visitors of a variety of ages and backgrounds from Northeast Wisconsin and beyond. Visitors will interact with hundreds of live butterflies native to Wisconsin, learn about their important role in nature and how they can best support them in their own backyards. 300 new butterflies will arrive each week for a total of,500 butterflies and 22 different species of native butterflies during the summer. Schneider Family Grand Garden.
