Keep window coverings (replace as needed By Owner). 8. Check windows and Clean Metal (remove old paint). ALTERNATE EU#1 Repair and Float any major wall / blemishes or issues. 9. FLOORING a. 1 st Floor i. Concrete go over with GLUE DOWN VLP. (Prep as needed). BY OTHERS ii. Carpet (Demo and Remove) to existing concrete and go over with GLUE DOWN VLP. (Prep as needed). Check outlets / switches and move outside of the sink (above) area and out of conflict with Stove or other items/appliances. q. Install Stove outlet up into wall. (OWNER Supplied Materials). r.
