ー PROSEGUR a success story Prosegur is a global leader in the private security sector. Across its three business lines - Prosegur Security, Prosegur Cash and Prosegur Alarms - Prosegur provides companies and households with reliable security services using the most advanced market solutions. Since it was established in 1976 by Herberto Gut, the company has pursued a strategy based on three key pillars: innovation, a first-class team of personnel and a wholly customer-focused organisation. What s more, it has complemented its organic growth with an inorganic growth that has allowed it to attain a leading position in geographical markets as well as in business lines. Prosegur is currently present in 24 countries over five continents. The group turned over sales revenue of 4.291 billion Euros in 2017, has a team of more than 175,000 employees and is the only Spanish security firm to be listed on the Madrid and Barcelona Stock Exchanges. Furthermore, in the first quarter of 2017, the cash-intransit business unit, Prosegur Cash, made its debut listing on the Spanish stock markets. With Prosegur Cash being floated on the Stock Exchange, the group has created an operator exclusively focused on the CIT sector with the aim of reinforce its position as a leader of an industry that is immersed in an intense process of international consolidation. Prosegur is a responsible company that carries through on its commitment to society in a cross-disciplinary way. The group directs its social action through the Prosegur Foundation, which, with more than 39,900 beneficiaries in 2017, works on four focal points: education, employment inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, corporate volunteering and cultural development. 4

ー Prosegur: A company that is wholly customer-focused Prosegur offers services of high added value to various types of customers. The company develops integrated security solutions for companies, specialised services of cash management and alarm systems for homes and businesses. All of these services are endowed with a highly technological component and an innovative vision of security. In order to provide the best service to its customers, Prosegur has evolved from a geographical business model to a functional model. This way of organising the company has allowed it to reap the benefits of synergies, to carry out more efficient operations and to have the necessary flexibility to adapt to the needs of each business line and their environments, establishing quality parameters that are applicable on a global scale. The management model being focused around the business lines has enabled Prosegur to accelerate the growth of each business unit and boost the profitability of operations. With the new organisational structure, significant improvements in the efficiency of operations are being reported, the quality of services is also being improved and specialisation of the businesses is being enhanced. Furthermore, Prosegur has managed to render the management of the entire company more flexible and dynamic. And essentially, closer to the customer. Main financial performance indicators: In accordance with the data available for the last full fiscal year, the group s sales in 2017 amounted to 4.291 billion Euros - an increase of 10.0% compared to 2016. The company reported a solid organic growth of 11.4% for its three business lines overall. Sales revenue increased in all the business units as well as in all the geographical areas in which Prosegur operates. Regarding the profitability of operations, their upward trend continued after measures were put in place to protect profit. The improvements have also shown to have a structural nature. EBITDA attributable to its main business activity was reported at 522 million Euros, compared to 458 million for 2016. As for EBIT, also attributable to its main business activity, this rose significantly by 14.7%, to 392 million Euros. Moreover, it is worth noting that the EBIT margin widened from 8.8% to 9.1% in year. Finally, Prosegur recorded a net profit attributable to its main business activity of 220 million Euros in 2017. This figure represents an increase of 19.3% compared to the previous year. 5

Considering the expenses relating to the process of restructuring the company, which were of an extraordinary and non-recurring nature, the EBITDA reported for the period was 518 million Euros, the EBIT climbed to 389 million Euros and the net profit remained at 198 million Euros. New challenges ahead: As part of the group s strategy, Prosegur is fostering innovation and the optimization of internal processes. To this end, the company is undergoing an extensive digital transformation, intensifying the use of new technologies across all of its business lines and developing global multi-service centres. These initiatives allow for differentiation based on the quality of the services that Prosegur offers and demonstrate its commitment to pursuing innovation and excellence. In order to continue in its progress, Prosegur has defined three quantitative objectives related to the growth of the business, the profitability of operations, the cash generation and the business transformation. These three quantitative objectives are accompanied by others that have a more qualitative focus and which relate to innovation, digital transformation, profitable growth, a higher degree of sophistication in services, the increase in efficiencies and the incorporation of advanced analytics and robotics. 6

ー Business lines Prosegur structures its activities through three lines of business. Each of these business lines are pursuing strategies based on innovation and research and development of new services and products as the only sure way for securing its leadership in the international private security market. Currently Prosegur provides a range of services that adapt to the needs of each customer and are designed to deliver value and to improve competitiveness. PROSEGUR SECURITY Prosegur Security provides integrated security services. This business unit offers a service of high added-value that combines physical surveillance with the latest advances in technology and analytics. Prosegur Security also works with an unequivocal desire to serve the customer and an uncompromising pursuit of quality. The unit is focused on specialisation by sector of activity, stemming from its experience and knowledge of the risk areas in each business sector. Prosegur Security promotes the range of services it offers around the concept Prosegur Integra, meaning that the company adds value to the services that it provides, increases the level of security and enables its customers to adapt the security services in line with their specific needs. In short, an innovative way to understand the concept of security and one that groups together the following activities: manned guarding, mobile guarding service, electronic security systems, integrated maintenance of systems, fire protection, cybersecurity, global risk advisory, consultancy and control centres. In 2014, it began developing the line of cybersecurity that focuses its efforts on the prevention, detection and response to security events of this kind. Prosegur has been certified as one of the few CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) centres in Spain and as a member of FIRST (Forum of Incident Response and Security Team). Furthermore, it has set up a team of its own experts who are highly qualified and specialised in cybersecurity. Prosegur has centred it efforts around a combination of 7

partnerships with the best technology partners and its own developments in matters of cybersecurity. Prosegur s cybersecurity services cover four main areas: managed security, cybersecurity intelligence, technical auditing and digital forensics and consultancy. Finally, it should be noted that Prosegur Security is currently undergoing a process of transformation, centred around four priority areas: processes, employees, services and products, and customers. To develop these areas, the business unit is using a broad range of technological levers, among which the following are worth noting: Cloud, IoT, Edge and Artificial Intelligence. PROSEGUR CASH Prosegur Cash, a subsidiary of Prosegur Compañía de Seguridad with a 72.5% direct and indirect shareholding, operates in activities of cash-in-transit and cash management. Prosegur Cash is the second firm within the global sector in terms of turnover and has a 14% market share. In 2017, its first fiscal year as a listed company, it reported a consolidated net profit attributable to its main business activity of 236 million Euros in 2017. The range of products and services that Prosegur Cash offers is divided into three main areas. The Transport of Valuables that represent its core activity and include services such as local and international transportation - via land, sea and air - of cash and other goods of high value. These services comprise collection, transportation, safekeeping, delivery and deposit in secure storage. In second place is Cash Management, which includes services of counting, processing, conditioning, custody, preparation and delivery of notes and coins, as well as the replenishment of ATMs. And the third area is Outsourcing, which consists of the automation of payments in businesses through self-service cash automation machines (MAEs), including, amongst others, cash deposit devices, recycling and distribution of coins and notes services and bill payment services. It also covers the end-to-end management of ATMs, including, amongst others, the forecasting, supervision, first and second level 8

maintenance and balancing services. As well as high added value outsourcing services (AVOS) for the financial sector. The strategy of Prosegur Cash is based on three priority areas of action. The first is flexibility and efficiency of the organisation, aiming to maintain an organic growth above market levels in which it operates in constant currency. In second place, the company strives to play an influential role in the global consolidation of the sector, both in existing markets as well as in new markets, with the objective of creating synergies and boosting growth. And in third place is the transformation towards new products, focusing on the third wave of outsourcing and high added value services. PROSEGUR ALARMS Prosegur Alarms is the business unit that offers a wide range of services that contribute to improving the security of families and businesses. The company s offering in this segment is based on a high level on personalisation that leads to a service of excellent quality. Consequently, the main objective of Prosegur Alarms is to guarantee its customers a high-quality security system that focuses on customisation and reliability. Prosegur is a security company and this is a fundamental characteristic that differentiates the organisation from other players in the market of home alarm systems. Thanks to the fact that the business unit uses the latest technology available in the market and complements it with the best human resources, Prosegur Alarms is able to offer an effective and professional response to the security events that may arise at the customer s facilities. In short, an offer of value centred on security that is highly differentiated and which customers appreciate and value. In terms of services, Prosegur Alarms has launched Hawkeye in Argentina, Spain and Uruguay. Hawkeye is an innovative security system that can verify what is occurring in any place in real time and on an ongoing basis, through 24-hour smart surveillance. The company is also driving projects of technology and automation in the home, which aim to improve security elements in residential premises. Prosegur Alarms keeps up to date in reinforcing the technological abilities of the Smart platform, from which customers are able to control their alarm system and now have access increasingly greater functionalities. 9

ー A global company Prosegur seeks to have a solid geographical presence that allows it to hold leading positions in the markets in which it operates. To this end, the company adapts global best practices to the individuality of each market in a highly regulated sector, and one which varies in accordance with the legislation in each country. International presence 10

ー Prosegur, committed to people Prosegur s most important assets are its people: the more than 175,000 professionals who work for the company. All these people work in accordance with the values of the company, most notably: a focus on the client, proactivity, excellence and team work. Moreover, the company complies with its responsibility in terms of strengthening the sector and, consequently, works to dignify its activity by helping society to understand, value and appreciate the role of private security professionals. One aspect of this commitment is evident in how it generates high quality employment, where the qualifications and degree of specialisation of its professionals are one of the company s main differentiating factors. It also invests in the development of its employees, facilitating internal promotion and recognition and rewarding them for excellence in the performance of their work. Prosegur Corporate University: a process of ongoing learning Prosegur Corporate University is a space for sharing knowledge, experiencing the values of the company, developing talent and encouraging leadership via a common culture. Through this online platform, Prosegur offers a differential and unified catalogue of courses as part of the career development plans for its employees. In 2017, the reach of the Prosegur Corporate University extended to four new countries, with it already being present in fourteen countries. New training content and functions have recently been included, which allow the Prosegur Corporate University to serve as an interconnected community that fosters the exchange of knowledge and characteristic values of the company. During this last year, more than 46,000 employees have accessed the campus, having undertaken over 250,000 hours of study, which represents an increase of 41% compared to 2016. Taking into account both online and classroom-based training for 2017, in total 1.6 million hours were delivered, which is an average of 9 hours of training per employee. Around 90% of these hours correspond to training given to employees of operational positions in subjects such as the Code of Ethics and Conduct, health and safety at work, weapons training and a professional career in security. The sole objective of all this is to improve the efficiency and training of employees. An effective combination of online and class-based training programmes helps employees with their professional development, thus guaranteeing compliance with Prosegur s Strategic Plan. 11

Health and safety Prosegur conducts its business in line with the industry s legislative and voluntary standards in matters of health and safety at work, and it invests in specific training and in advances to ensure that its employees are working in a safe environment, with the best equipment and the most up-to-date technological developments. The company channels its efforts to ensure the health and safety of its employees by means of three primary areas of action: training, monitoring and technological innovation. Furthermore, it has placed special attention on achieving a global focus on the management in issues relating to security and health through procedures of mandatory compliance in all countries. In this way, a global officer coordinates policies and defines and rolls out actions with those in charge of each geographical area where the organisation operates. The target of zero accidents continues to be one of the most important points of focus for the organisation. In 2017, the number of fatalities per 10,000 employees fell by 41%, which would be a total of 0.41 victims. Equality, diversity and social benefits Diversity forms an intrinsic part of the Prosegur spirit, particularly in relation to its workforce. This diversity is most evident in terms of cultural background, gender and roles, and has a positive impact on the organisation and in its competitive advantages. The company encourages equal treatment and respect among employees and ensures that nobody is subjected to employment or occupation discrimination. It does not permit any kind of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse. Nor does the company employ anyone who is not of legal age. Likewise, the company respects working hours and schedules and facilitates the balance necessary between employees working life and personal life. A responsible company Prosegur understands that responsible management must be a key part of the corporate culture of a company. As a global leader in the private security sector, the company knows that, when performing its activities, it must focus on those social, environmental or economic matters that are relevant and which influence decisionmaking by its interest groups. 12

The purpose of Prosegur s Corporate Responsibility Policy is to establish guidelines for the development of responsible business management and to promote a culture, in the company, which contributes to creating long-term value for its employees, clients, shareholders, providers and society as a whole. Furthermore, since 2002, Prosegur has adhered to the United Nations Global Compact, thus signing the Ten Principles regarding human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption. Prosegur Foundation The Prosegur Foundation is a charitable organisation that channels the solidarity and cultural efforts of the company in an active and transparent manner with a view to helping build a more supportive society and generating opportunities of development for individuals. Established in 1983 with a clear focus on patronage of the arts, from 2005 its activities developed in the direction of social actions. Since then, this institute has been undertaking specific projects in countries where the company is present, focusing its efforts on education, the inclusion of people with mental disabilities in the workforce, corporate volunteering and cultural development. Aware of local needs and sharing a common goal in mind, the projects of the foundation are implemented gradually in the various geographical areas and bearing in mind sustainability and transparency criteria, in addition to replicating best practices. Team work and continued improvement processes govern the activities of the Prosegur Foundation, which aims to generate shared value for society, the company and its interest groups.
