GENERL DESCRIPTION OUTDOOR KJF/KJ CINE OUTDOOR KCF/KC The duct air conditioner split on version cooling only and heat pump, are units condensate by air. The indoor unit with direct air supply, realise function of cooling, heating dehumidification, cleaning air of the sites. lso the option to incorporate with maximum facilities a heating resistance on units cooling only and also on heat pump units. The indoor unit can be combine with condesing units provide with axial fan (KJF/ KJ) for outside installation or with condesing unit provide with centrifugal fan (KCF/ KC) for installation inside buildings. COOLING CIRCUIT The outdoor unit chassis is made of electrozinced steel with epoxy painted finished, able to work with outdoors under the worst conditions. The unit is completed with handles, which assist easy installation. Its compact dimensions and features allow the unit to be positioned in almost any location. its incorporate thermal acoustic insulation. The indoor unit chassis is made of galvanised steel and is fully insulate both inside and out. The cabinet includes brackets for holding the unit. HET EXCHNGER Indoor unit coil have been trade of cooper tubes and aluminium fins. Coils have been designed and manufactured to ensure maximum efficiency. The L shaped outside unit heat exchanger makes this unit compact an highly efficiency. COMPRESSOR n hermetically sealed compressor, with internal thermal protection. It is mounted on vibrationabsorbent blocks both on the inside and outside, statically an dynamically balanced. In all cases the compressors are acoustically isolated, resulting in low noise. FNS The indoor units includes centrifugal motor fan of three speed, with exceptional features on noise level Depending on outdoor type, it includes one or two axial motor fan (units KJF/KJ), or one centrifugal fan (units KCF/ KC),with exceptional features in noise level and flow. IR FILTER polyester washable air filter is incorporated in the unit with easy accessibility for maintenance. Made of welded dehydrated copper pipe with service port on the suction and liquid lines. Coupling valves on outdoor unit and flare connexion on indoor unit to facilitate the refrigerant connexion. muffler in the compressor discharge line eliminates noise and pulsation of the discharge line. The unit includes filter dryer and expansion system. It has unidirectional and reversing valves of 4 pipes for unit in heat pump. ELECTRIC CIRCUIT The electrical panel includes a printed board, which control the operating of the unit, defrosting timer thermostat and system of reversing on heat pump cycle. The units LNX is controlled by a ambient cable thermostat with temperature selector. OPTIONS INDOOR Electrical heater for heat pump with 1 step heating Hot water coil 1 file. ELECTRICL CONNECTIONS CCESS TO ELECTRICL COMPENENTS The electric board located outside of the unit allows easy access to electrical components. To carry out wiring, power supply of the unit, connection to remote control, connection with outdoor unit, get access to electrical panel remove electric board cover. Then the electrical panel will be folded 90º so terminals will be easily accessed. In case it is necessary to place the electric board away from the unit, the temperature sensor wire and fan wire may be extended up to a maximum of 5m using screened wire. The remote control terminal housing may be detached to facilitate its connection.
