President s Message I hope you ll be able to come to our meeting this Friday, which will feature guest speaker Mark Greene, who will give an informative presentation on the American Iris Society and the many things one can discover on the AIS web site. It s not too early to start planning for our show, which will be held April 20-21 (yes, that s Easter weekend!).we will be in need of some extra help for staffing the show, as I will be helping set up the AIS convention on the 21st, so we ll need some additional folks to help out with staffing the info/sale table and tearing down the show. Proceed on Bellevue to the Garden Center. From the south or east: take the Lakeside (Lake Merritt) or Grand Ave. exit in Oakland; follow around the lake on the north and west side to Grand Ave. and Bellevue, turn left into the park.
