New designer drawer Vionaro successfully launched onto German market Three German kitchen manufacturers show Vionaro at the Küchenmeile A30 It was only in May that GRASS presented their new designer drawer for kitchens and living spaces at the interzum trade fair. Just a few months later, three German kitchen manufacturers are already using the elegant designer solution in their premium kitchens. Alongside existing customers Eggersmann and Rotpunkt Küchen, SieMatic is the latest manufacturer to decide in favour of Vionaro. In the area of home interiors, urban minimalism has been one of the predominant trends in recent years. The clean, well-defined lines of unadorned furniture designs exude an aura of calm and elegance. Walking through the in-house exhibitions that make up the Küchenmeile A30 shows you that this pared down styling has not stopped in the living space but has long since become a feature of kitchens and other furnishings. Minimalism perfected to an art The minimalist style of kitchens is taken to a new level on the inside through perfect movement characteristics and pure design. Vionaro provides precisely these features and is the very movement solution that many manufacturers have been looking for. In the case of Eggersmann, the aesthetic, minimalist design was the key factor behind Page 1
their use of Vionaro. Our reason for choosing Vionaro was the very linear and sleek drawer side in anodised aluminium, says managing director Michael Wunram. that Dynapro has: perfect running performance thanks to synchronisation plus outstanding load capacity of up to 70 kg. And added to that, the three-dimensional adjustment facility that has become synonymous with the name GRASS. It was this technological revolution in concealed slide systems that won Dynapro the Red Dot Design Award in 2010. Predestined for modern living spaces With Vionaro, two entirely smooth drawer sides in a slender 13 mm are set on the Dynapro system. This extremely slimline design was one of the reasons for including Vionaro in the Rotpunkt kitchen range: The clean lines, slender design and top functionality are the key reasons for using the new Vionaro drawer system at Rotpunkt Küchen, explains the company s managing shareholder Andreas Wagner. The perfect cubist design with the elegant aluminium surface comes in the graphite or anodised versions used by the three kitchen manufacturers as well as in a new steel option which will be available to OEM customers from the beginning of 2014. Vionaro cannot fail to impress with its positive connection to the back panel, which can be in wood or steel, and the stylish simplicity that provides wide creative scope for every conceivable furniture design. The perfect front connection also ensures top stability and entirely homogeneous surfaces. With their new development, GRASS have succeeded in providing a virtually perfect response to the furniture industry s wishes for a slide which doesn t restrict creativity in design and is not visible. In using Vionaro, the kitchen manufacturers are offering the end user an absolutely exceptional designer product inside their kitchens and consequently enhancing the intrinsic value of the overall kitchen concept. The success of the basic design tenet is reflected in the high level of demand that immediately followed presentation of the designer drawer. Worldwide, we ve already been able to inspire a sizeable number of new customers with Vionaro. And some of our existing customers have also decided to change over to Vionaro or to include it in their range.
