HRV-IP Ceiling Type Heat Pump Heat Recovery Unit
HRV-IP Ceiling Type Heat Pump Heat Recovery Unit Ceiling type heat pump heat recovery units are energy saving devices thanks to plate type heat exchanger designed for recovery of heat energy. Purpose of these units is to remove the exhaust air from inside and supply fresh air to inside, without mixing exhaust gas and fresh air with help of fans. These units are in compact form by means of embedded equipmens such as evaporator, condenser, compressor, heating-cooling components and control panel. Product Material Frame of ceiling type heat pump heat recovery units consist of natural anodized aluminium profiles and plastic corner parts. Panels of the cells are made of 42 mm thick rockwool, electrostatic powder painted exterior skin and galvanized sheet metal interior skin. These units have plug type fans which are self-motorized, imported, silent, single-phase (230V) and convenient for speed regulation. In the heat recovery units, aluminium plate type heat exchangers (40-0% efficient) are used. Heat pump heat recovery units have high efficient scroll compressors. System is safe by means of low pressure and high pressure presostats. Depending on the season selected from the control panel, the system operates in either heating or cooling mode. The device has free-cooling capability, which allows more savings in operating costs. Copper tube-aluminium fin type high efficient evaporator and condenser are used in the units. Distributor is used for homogeneous refrigerant fluid distribution at the inlet section of the evaporator. Air side pressure loss is reduced by means of evaporator and condenser air flow velocities selected at, or slower than 2, m/sec. There are condensation pans which are made of stainless steel sheet metal underneath the evaporator and condenser. In these units, air is filtered and cleaned from particles by G2 filters which are placed at the fresh air line and exhaust air line, then it runs through plate type heat recovery exchanger. Thus, supply air is cleaned and plate type heat recovery exchanger is protected from dirt. ly, the compressor insulation jacket can be used for reduce the compressor sound. 84

Also in the humid climates, the return air channel should be insulated against the condensation. When electric heater is used, the length of the appliance is 300 mm. 8
