Create a residential product that is innovative and modular to meet every family s requirements. This development provides a traditional product with a modern conceptual edge. The site is nicely transitioned with the introduction of the traditional semi-detached dwelling that welcomes you into the sub-division. These semi-detached houses help to blend the subdivision into the existing community. The proposed development recognizes the importance of the residents and will ensure a consistent and visually pleasing streetscape through the use of appropriate setbacks, functional and aesthetic landscaping. In this site, we are still able to accommodate for the average family with regards to parking. One spot within the garage one spot comfortably in the driveway. This innovative design of the site will not have a disruptive feel within the community, rather create a modern expression of these simple elements detailed on façades of the houses, and create a warm and welcoming addition to what is an ever evolving city. The evolution of this design creates a modernistic feel that will show the city's desire for progress in the field of architectural design.
